He is using those POF plugs and when they send funds to you, they put a lien or PND on it.

It would show as uncleared balance on your app but when you print out your bank statement it would show as the total balance.

Not so sure that that's the case. I just printed my bank statementand its showing 5k as opening balance meanwhile I have half of my pof in that account. If I remember correctly, I opened that account years ago with a 5k deposit as that was the minimum opening amount with diamond bank at the time.

I have an undergrad as well as postgrad degree in Education.
I currently work as a teacher, although I am about to start my doctorate degree in September.
I do not quite agree that teaching doesn't commensurate with the financial gains, I think you just have to be strategic and target the very good schools and of course 'package' yourself properly.
Also, just because its education doesn't mean you have to be restricted to teaching. You could work in curriculum development, teacher training or even educational admin/management. This is just my small opinion. However if you want another degree, perhaps you should look into the area of educational or school psychology for a second MSc option, you can link it to your previous degrees in Education and hopefully create a new career path for yourself from there.

My advice to people here is that NEVER entrust your life in to the hands of agents who only care about money and the next customer/victim. They won't be there when the repercussions come.
