Completesportsnigeria.com’s ADEBOYE AMOSU lists five key takeaways from Super Falcons of Nigeria 4-0 win against the Shepolopolo of Zambia in their 2018 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations Group B encounter on Wednesday November 21.

1. Ordega, Okobi, Showed Their Class Woman-of-the match, Francisca Ordega was at her majestic best in the game. The forward teed up Desire Oparanozie for Super Falcons opening goal of the game and scored the second herself.

The former Rivers Angels star who gave her best performance in a Super Falcons shirt was a delight to watch throughout the game.

Ngozi Okobi was also influential as she orchestrated most of the team’s attacking plays from the midfield.

2. Rita Chikwelu Struggled Again

The midfielder was a shadow of herself in the game. It is difficult to remember the last time Chikwelu impressed in a Super Falcons shirt.

She looked heavy and out of sorts. It will be interesting to see how long head coach of the side, Thomas Dennerby perseveres with the former captain of the team.

SportsRohr Wants Super Eagles’ Return To Uyo For Seychelles Clash by solbase10(op): 9:45am On Nov 23, 2018
If Gernot Rohr has his way, the Super Eagles will play their last 2019 AFCON qualifying match against Seychelles in Uyo instead of Asaba that has hosted recent national team games, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.

CSN scooped that Rohr has told his bosses at the Nigeria Football Federation that he would want the Super Eagles to return to the Akwa Ibom International Stadium , Uyo that has become their fortress since 2016.

“It is not as if the Stephen Keshi Stadium is not good or that we did not enjoy our training and camping in Asaba. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. The government and people were wonderful and we appreciate their support on and outside the pitch, but we need to return to a place we are used to in Uyo.

“If I get the backing of the president and his executive, we hope to play Seychelles in Uyo, but if they insist it has to be played in Asaba, we won’t say no. But the truth is that the Asaba stadium is not big enough to accommodate our teeming fans on match days,” Rohr reportedly told an NFF source.
