Hello Fam
I was denied a student visa on the 27th of July. Reason was based on GTE requirements. I included in my SOP that I would apply for 2 years post study visa upon graduation the officer concluded that I do not intend to return to Nigeria.

Now my question is, Can I still apply for another student visa and change my statement to suite what they require. I am worried that they will call on my previous statement and compare for consistency.

Additionally I intend to make a slight change to my course of study from Masters of Engineering Technology (Civil Engineering) to Masters of Engineering management as Feduni Ballarat has already cancelled my COE. I really don't know if this change would affect my chances on the subsequent application.

Thanks
If you have money go for an immigration lawyer in Australia to handle it

Okay guyz, Since it is difficult to see ourselves in Australia here making us better at e-famzing. THIS IS not to discourage people but to Inform them. Who has currently been facing stress of the stiff implementation of 20hours a week for those here in Australia as a result of the resolution made on 1st July 2018 of students working and earning way pass normal according to tax return feedbacks. Lets have a discussion and share your opinions. Anyways, it could be initial gra gra because agencies are wracking funds from students working this way. Share your views

Are you bitter about something?

If nobody responded, could be nobody lives in the area she asked. It is better to be silent than mislead people.

Everybody cannot be like you.
If they live in the area and no available room and it is very dangerous to accommodate strangers and nobody want problem with the landlord or Agent

Can you elucidate boss?
You don’t have school fees to pay so the only thing you have is is your upkeep and I know you are going to be fine with that

I Dont mind studying another course and I can be sponsored by my parent with total amount in account reading 30million naira...which cheap school can I apply and if my first year is paid can I work and offset my 2nd year school fees as I can see they charge per year any advise plz
Australia is not cheap

I hope you have good reasons to tell DIBP why you want to study law again in Australia and not for immigration

After the Program do you want to work in Australia or return home

Hello , IS THERE ANYONE HERE WAITING TO GET HIS/HER GRANT ?...UNSW has resumed and i had to defer my admission to Feb session , I'm surprised i haven't gotten a reply from DIBP because application processing times changed to 37days for most applications and i submitted since MAY....
On the website they wrote 70 to 90% meaning the duration on the website doesn’t apply to everyone the remaining 10% are for assessment level 3 countries

Hi Guys, been following this thread for a while, I'm looking forward to next year February to travel to Australia but I want to start now everything now Admission and visa application. I just completed my B.Sc. in computer science and I wanted to do an undergraduate diploma in software development. Today my agent called and said her friend got a visa refusal because she was going for a lower qualification to what she had already which is similar to what I'm doing because I have B.Sc. already and she suggested I go for Masters instead. Am quite confused. my main aim of wanting to do the diploma is because am going to get industry experience straight out and might easily get a job but I'm not quite sure about my chances with a Masters. I need any advice I can get Thanks
The reasons why your friend was denied are :
Going for a program lower than her current one

Nigeria is assessment level 3 meaning High risk

Diploma fees are lower compared to UNIs and they want your money

Not too strong SOP

Good afternoon house ,please a friend of mine is trying to get his permanent permit but it's not forth coming so he was advised to seek asylum or marry a white woman who is a citizen. Please what's the probability that either of them will work out. I need advice from people who are residing there. Thanks
I hope the people who told your friend to marry a citizen gave him clue that the application fees is much the last time I checked it was 8000 and the duration is over 2years and with lot of documents to back it up can fake love last up to 6months take less of 3years
