The agency people said I need atleast 14 million naira (1st yr tuition fee plus 1 yr living expense plus air fare) in my sponsors accnt, but my dad who is a surveyor and is also my sponsor, rather than keep that kind of money in his accnt, invests in acquiring landed properties. so here is the thing, my bro who is in australia on a work visa is assisting my dad raise about 9 million naira. we have a lot of landed properties including 3 rented appartments and a school which my mum manages here in portharcourt. pls if i package the 9 million statement of account along side deed of ownership for the rented appartments including deed of conveyance when he bought some of the landed properties plus cash payment reciepts my dad recieved for his services (atleast 1yr old), pls will it sell??.
We have been trying to find buyer for some of the lands but with the economic situation in the country, e no easy 2 see buyer.
Also, do i need to show both my dad and my brother's statement of account or do i just keep all the money in one account?

someone with an "o" level cert that has genuine intention to study in Australia but doesn't have much so he opts for a college like vet school. he has an ielts overall score of 6.5 and it will expire by October(reasons because he was trying to make up some money) and so he is looking for a school with October intake. the gap between his "o" level cert and now is 4yrs. within the 4yrs he worked with a school as a childhood education teacher( nursery classes). Now he wants to apply for diploma of early childhood education and care in some schools . the first is Stanley college perth wa and the school said he'd have to study certificate iii( 52 weeks) first because its a preliminary to the diploma in their school. then after that, comes the diploma (52 weeks). and that it can be done as a package course, which is now 2yrs.
After studying the course, the person has a pathway to study nursing in CQU(university)
My question is, is it okay for him to go on with it as he would like to apply this week.

Hi Everyone. My nephew has just been denied a student visa and given a 3 year ban as Immi office claimed he did not respond to their request for additional documents to prove that his workplace is real. However, he responded to their email and attached 9 documents to the email response. The documents included the company’s tax return for past 3 years, certificate of registration, incorporation etc. in fact, the director went all out to provide documents to prove existence of his business as he was offended that his 11 year old business was referred to as bogus. All these documents were sent 4 days after request for them and Australian immi people in Pretoria sent email confirmation of receipt of documents. Yet they refused visa on grounds that documents were not sent. The issue now is not the refusal, but my nephew’s record has now been tarnished. We are wondering what steps to take to prove his innocence, as it’s obvious someone somewhere did not do their job right and my nephew is taking the fall for it.

It is better, you don't say what u don't know. I can give you up to 15 colleges on alevel 1. So too confusing people. They issue visa even for vocational studies more as long as you proof your gte beyond doubt. I can give you evidence on this if u care to know. Don't come here and talk about what u don't know. The risk is not that high bro, all you need to know is that if Stanley college is AL-1 school and if so, you need to bury your degree and make use of your O level then back the rest up with working experience and certification. Note: Level one school can only work for advanced diploma.

The processing time frame you saw on their website is not for Assessment level 3 countries(Nigeria)

Good day all, does anyone here have experience of flying with Ethiopian Airline to Singapore, and then connect to Australia major cities? This route seems to be the cheapest and faster than Turkish Airline. Lagos - Singapore is $631. Most Australia cities are cheaper from Singapore through airlines such as Qantas, Silk Air and Singapore Airline.
I am considering this route for my trip to Darwin. By my estimate is around $1000.

Kindly advice.
