Ceenaija: Where will the anarchy come from, he lost Lagos acclaimed state , lost in Osun state of origin and Abuja federal capital. If he is removed there will be peace like a river in the nation. Let thelaw take his shape. You are very right. Let the law take its cause and that definitely will mean that the Tribunal will rule in favour of Tinubu because they will judge sensibly. They will not cancel an entire election becuaee a candidate didn't get 25% in FCT. Olanipekun is right. Abuja does not have any special status or preference and it is treated like a 37th state. So, Tinubu didn't have to score 25% in FCT to be president and that is why Olanipekun feels that Tribunal ruling against Tinubu in that regard will cause chaos. From what I have read in Olanipekun's address the Tribunal will rule in favour of Tinubu. |

Tntsi: Imagine the boldness of CRIMINALITY , UNCONSTITUTIONALITY AND LAWLESSNESS.
There is no cause for nullifying the presidential elections. There is no 300billion to throw into the dustbin. We can't have another waste of innocent lives.
The election has a winner. The people massively voted for a candidate. Yakubu criminally selected a candidate.
The judges and lordships have more than enough evidences to do the right thing. They should do it and save the country from anarchy, criminality, lawlessness and destruction by declaring the authentic winner of the election and swear him in immediately. I think by the account of Olanipekun the Tinubu's lawyer, it is clear that the Tribunal will rule in the favour of PBAT. 1. He did not claim Tinubu scored 25% in FCT. 2. The authenticity of any election is based on the result collated at the polling units, irrespective of how that is transmitted. Both Atiku and Obi never disapproved or challenged the PU results but their primary contention was that INEC failed to transmit electronically. 3. Also both Atiku and Obi never proved that the forfeiture of the $460k was based on criminal enterprise or posited that it was a fine. 4. Constitutionally FCT is treated as 37th state with no special preference or treatment so it is not mandatory a president score 25% in FCT as already ruled by Supreme Court in the past. 5. All the witnesses called by Obi and Atiku could not prove anything as to why the election should be cancelled or rerun. |

The NJC had complained since end of last year (check theis This day plublicatuin - https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2022/11/26/fg-hikes-judiciary-2023-budget-by-n30bn-due-to-leaked-memo-says-nassembly ) that their 2023 budget of N150bn was inadequate. Hence, in the supplementary budget the executuve arm requested the Nat Assembly for extra N35B for the NJC. So, what is wrong with that. The funds (N35B and the original N150B) are meant for the entire judiciary arm of government (and not only the PEPT justices and the Supreme Court justices) to run that arm for the year. I guess the Obidients just want to be mischievous by terming it "bribery and corruption". This is pathetic. |

all of a sudden my mother left Catholic faith and started messing around with different churches. This has cause countless rift between us, my dad and elder sister have done everything possible but my mum is too brainwashed by these Pentecostal pastors.
How can someone be attending Christ embassy and winners chapel?? I Heard she wants to join mountain of fire but changed her mind. Everytime church, church, church Yet she never gain anything from it I have been sending her money for her for upkeep since November last year only to come back home February this year and discovered she donates everything to different churches
I feel she might have a mental disorder and I don't know how to save her. She literally spends all the money in church donation tithe and all those craps. tonye33: I have been married for 14 YEARS and 'we' have 3kids(all boys) but none of them belongs to me.
5years before I met my wife, I was involved in a car accident together with two of my friends. We were traveling from Lagos to Abuja and our car skidded off the road. I was the only survivor of that accident, my friends died. I spent about 11months at the hospital and that left me with a condition that says I can't have children.
I gave my life to Jesus Christ and became a committed Christian after the incident.
In summary I became a pastor in a local church in my community 5years later and met my wife in the process.
I did not tell her about my condition because I was hopeful that God will heal me.
6 years into our marriage, my wife got pregnant and had 'our' first child.
To be sure, I secretly went for a DNA and it was clear I wasn't the father. I repeated the test for all 3 children and they are all not mine.
I have been living with this situation for the past 8 years and I am beginning to get irritated by both the children and my wife. My wife pretends to be a good wife. She goes around preaching to women in the church about the need to remain faithful to their partners but she has had 3 children by another man or men I don't know.
I want to confront her, but I am confused as to how to go about the situation. I am just angry and irritated by everyone in my house lately. I feel like a total stranger in my own home.
What should I do!?
--Please advise him. Firstly, you are to blame becuae you didn't disclose your condition that you could not father a child to your wife. If the foundation is faulty what can the righteous do? You started your marriage on a faulty foundation. And your wife added by not being faithful. I will suggest you call your wife and ask for forgiveness for hiding your condition from her and let her know you already know she cheated. Both of you should seek the mercy of God in fasting and pray for direction on the way forward. |
Politics › Re: Election: ‘Even If Peter Obi Concedes Defeat, We’ll Not Accept’ – Charly Boy by solreb: 9:37am On Jul 12, 2023 |
Bigkoko: Anyone following the legal fireworks at the PEPT, within the past few weeks can predict with some high degree of certainty that Mr. Asiwaju Govt would be thrown out, permanently or at least temporarily.
The reasons are quite clear; they could not articulate a grand response to the accusations of electoral heists, qualification questions, perjury, frauds and INEC non adherence to guidelines. The three respondence; Asiwaju, APC & INEC could not respond appropriately. To compound their woes, EU, a major financier of Nigerian elections have released a damning report; in summary, INEC under Prof Yaks cheated for the ruling party!
Even if the judges want to help them, I'm pretty sure their hands are now tied because the whole world can see how shallow, myopic and stupid their legal response was. Witnesses were simply indicting Asiwaju faster than you can drink fanta! The only option they gat was to hurriedly closed their response before more witnesses further compound their woes!
This is not to talk of the embarrassment their legal team led by Oga Wole Olanipku faced when without warning all three witnesses refused to show up in court at the same time! The only witness who agreed to come; a fake pastor who refused to even touch the Bible he plies his trade with, and some other lewd fellow; a so called senator with background in Law. This senator called Bamidele, who I believe had some up bringing in the States, not only destroyed the little doubt left, but also confirmed what is public knowledge. That indeed Asiwaju is a convict whether civil or criminal, that's not the issue. He's a convict. Whole hwa!!!. So much for Jagaban of Bourdilion! The end is truly near for this mercurial politician who held Lagos in a vice like grip since 1999!
On the other part, Obidients should Start Preparing for a possible Rerun: Asiwaju knows this! This is the best he can get from the honorable judges!
LP & HE Peter Obi have proved their case beyond reasonable doubt, and APC, INEC and Asiwaju could not even acquire 3 willing, sane witnesses each against the PDP & LP.... So much for the paper tiger of Bourdilion.
All Lovers of democracy worldwide wish there won't be a rerun, but rather a declaration that HE Peter Obi indeed won the election fair & square!
So what are we to do? Firstly we must retrospect and understand that obidients have achieved what we call "Critical Mass" in physics. This Mass is formidable in enforcement of the Right way of doing things.
What is the right way? A credible INEC, with an unbiased posture, and a guideline everyone must strictly adhere to. Elections must be collate, announced under video at PU and upload real time for anyone to view, 20 minutes after close of elections. Simple.
With this set up, a crooked, highly dishonest Prof like Mahmud INEC chairman won't have the time to manipulate the figures or if another crook is sneaked in, the figures won't add up. Imagine after months elections was conducted they couldn't upload all results because the figures refused to add up!
Next, we must exert pressure on INEC. The campaign should be, Prof Yaks should go! Mr. Okoye should go! All top management that allowed this broad day light heist should go. They should be made to face prosecution, at least for derelict of duty! All of them. That way a msg would be passed to the new INEC chairman, eat corn, go to jail.
A credible team from ethnic minority should be assembled and the election entrusted to them. Don't forget the ethnic minorities are the most oppressed in Nigeria. Think of what is going on in North Central & far North. Time to allow these folks determine the leaders of Nigeria. Igbo, Fulani, Yoruba don try.
No Yoruba, no Hausa-fulani, no Igbo as INEC chairman in the coming fresh elections. An election guideline should be issued. A date announced and let the party begin. Anyone who tries to induce voters with money, or cart away ballot box should be lynched on the spot & feed to hungry lions at the zoo. Even if he's a soldier or policeman. If suffer no dey tired am, make he continue am for lion belle, heaven or hell or anywhere he see himself.
Any result that is not uploaded real time after close of voting should be collected from the PU officer, announced and the PU officer made to announce his name, rank and the results before giving it back to him to take to the collation center.
If you dey do charm, make sure you load your with it, as guns are not allowed. There's a reason why the West allows individuals to own guns..... Since guns are allowed, charms, amulet, are a veritable option! Anyone who disrupt the election whether uniform man or not, after the election, make sure to do a follow-up on the fool!
Nigeria must be reset by 🔥, by force. It vlclearly shows you did not follow the tribunal or you are just delusional. Obi and his legal team just came to entertain Nigerians and waste the court's time. |

Thanks for sharing this When l heard about the news of Seychelles visa ban, I knew it had to do with crime by Nigerians same way we did in UAE. Also, each time you open any drug related news from India, it has to be our brothers from South East (the developers). I think the Igbos do more harm than good to Nigeria. Mr. T just move to chanchanga from Lugbe to start life after rounding up his YOUTH SERVICE at Niger Water board. Mr. T got employed by a local rice mill in the neighborhood.
Due to the high house rent in Chanchanga, Mr T opted to squat with a family friend, Mr. K.
One day Mr.K brought some large amount of money home and asked Mr T to HELP him KEEP IT at it was a well known fact that Mr T is good with money. As a form of favour returned, Mr T collected the money with probing Mr k about the SOURCE of the money.
Few months later, Mr K was ARRESTED for robbery, and charged to court during the investigation by the Minna City Police, it was discovered that some of the PROCEED of Mr K crime is with Mr. T .
Note; Mr. K NEVER mentioned Mr. T as part of his robbery gang and the money the police met in Mr T account is MORE than the suspected CRIME PROCEED.
Throughout the investigation, Mr T was never linked as member of Mr K robbery gang.
Though Mr K NEVER admitted the amount he gave Mr T.
Mr T account was frozen.
During phone investigation with Mr. T admitted SOME PART of the money in his account belong to Mr K .
After a long court case, Mr. T account was unfrozen and the SUSPECTED CRIME PROCEED amount was withheld by the Niger State government.
Please ;
Is Mr T a thief ?
Does the WITHHELD money by the Niger State government from Mr. T account make Mr T a criminal?
If Mr T is indicted how come his company didn't SUSPEND or TERMINATED his employment ?
If you can answer these questions TRUTHFULLY, then you have your ANSWER to whether Tinubu is a criminal or not.
ENOUGH OF ALL THESE POLITICAL WAHALA....
MAY NIGERIA be great!! Excellent. Anyone who wants to be truthful knows Mr at was not at fault. Hence USA has cleared him of any wrongdoing since 2003. |

But you have to now check whether this wrongdoing materially affect him contesting the election or not which is the real case to judge. From the analysis given to you above, PBAT, in the eyes of the law, qualified to contest. So, LP, OBI, PDP and Atiku will lose on this count. |

I am of the view that he admission of the witness that president Tinubu forfeited $460k was what he had been coached to say provided he made it clear that the forfeiture was a civil and not a criminal matter. Hence, PBAT is not affected in anyway under Nigerian law though it is an immoral baggage for him. |

But leave it to the spectators to decide what is going on based on their myopic views.
Country of tribalism and hatred.
The level of tribalism and hatred in that country will be the doom of the country. Look at the comments here, and look at the people who are trying to survive. The politicians have successfully sown that seed of discord among families and supposed united brothers . Hence all this.
The hatred had already always been there but it was heavily shown to other African countries, in the pretense of banters. Nigeria jellof, Ghana must go, Xenophobia. The goal now should be to severe ties with this country and build a future for your children elsewhere. This hatred can only last so long before it blows out to war. JAMB said clearly that the result slip she used is FAKE and they did not issue such this year. They have asked Nigerians to present any other JAMB candidates with similar type of slip to prove that JAMB was lying None has shown up. You can even ask any student that did JAMB this year. In the face of this clear evidence that no other JAMB candidate has disproved, you still concluded that the girl was targeted because of her tribe. I have been trading on volatile shares and stocks and it has really paid me massively but due to the situation in the country today I have been looking into multiple sources of income. The earning structure is as follows.
✅FOR BUYING AND SELLING OF VOLATILE SHARES
🔥Shares are dropped monthly on your dashboards and you decide if you want to buy or not.
🔥 Buying of shares are priced at $50(N25,000) ,$100(50,000) and $200(N100,000), which means you can't buy lower or higher than these prices. This is a PONZI scheme. If you know you know
🔥The volatility of the shares ranges from +5% to +15% and from -5% to -15%( this means that you can either make a profit/loss of 5% to 15% of the shares you bought.
🔥You earn bonuses from your downlines when they purchase shares;
- you earn $2.5(N1250) for every $50 share your downlines purchase. - you earn $3(N1500) for every $100 share your downlines purchase. -you earn $3.2(1600) for every $200 share your downlines purchase.
🔥You get free signals that will guide you on which shares to buy
🔥You get paid your shares plus your interest immediately the share matures.

Jesus never married, neither did he have sex so any Christian doing otherwise is a sinner Gen 1:28. God blessed them. And He said to them be fruitfull and multiply... God instituted marriage for companionship and reproduction so that people can increase on earth. There is nothing wrong if you decide to remain unmarried for the sake of the work of God like Apostle Paul or Catholic priests. However getting married does not make you a sinner. Apostle Peter married, just to give on example, and it was him Jesus handed the leadership of the church to. |
