Why did you pick out only Igbos?. What about other tribes including Yorubas that voted for Obi. They can go to hell. His lawyer defending him in court wrote this in his address and that is standard court process. I think it is better you read the address that Tinubu's lawyer made to the Tribunal which is his arguments before the court. What the lawyer did was the right thing to do. Tinubu was not the judge and he was not instructing the justices. His lawyer was making a plea before the Court why they must rule in favour of Tinubu. I believe that helps

You are very right. Let the law take its cause and that definitely will mean that the Tribunal will rule in favour of Tinubu because they will judge sensibly. They will not cancel an entire election becuaee a candidate didn't get 25% in FCT.

Olanipekun is right. Abuja does not have any special status or preference and it is treated like a 37th state. So, Tinubu didn't have to score 25% in FCT to be president and that is why Olanipekun feels that Tribunal ruling against Tinubu in that regard will cause chaos. From what I have read in Olanipekun's address the Tribunal will rule in favour of Tinubu.

1. He did not claim Tinubu scored 25% in FCT. 2. The authenticity of any election is based on the result collated at the polling units, irrespective of how that is transmitted. Both Atiku and Obi never disapproved or challenged the PU results but their primary contention was that INEC failed to transmit electronically. 3. Also both Atiku and Obi never proved that the forfeiture of the $460k was based on criminal enterprise or posited that it was a fine. 4. Constitutionally FCT is treated as 37th state with no special preference or treatment so it is not mandatory a president score 25% in FCT as already ruled by Supreme Court in the past. 5. All the witnesses called by Obi and Atiku could not prove anything as to why the election should be cancelled or rerun.

Hence, in the supplementary budget the executuve arm requested the Nat Assembly for extra N35B for the NJC. So, what is wrong with that. The funds (N35B and the original N150B) are meant for the entire judiciary arm of government (and not only the PEPT justices and the Supreme Court justices) to run that arm for the year. I guess the Obidients just want to be mischievous by terming it "bribery and corruption". This is pathetic.

Firstly, you are to blame becuae you didn't disclose your condition that you could not father a child to your wife. If the foundation is faulty what can the righteous do? You started your marriage on a faulty foundation. And your wife added by not being faithful. I will suggest you call your wife and ask for forgiveness for hiding your condition from her and let her know you already know she cheated. Both of you should seek the mercy of God in fasting and pray for direction on the way forward.

Anyone following the legal fireworks at the PEPT, within the past few weeks can predict with some high degree of certainty that Mr. Asiwaju Govt would be thrown out, permanently or at least temporarily.

This is not to talk of the embarrassment their legal team led by Oga Wole Olanipku faced when without warning all three witnesses refused to show up in court at the same time! The only witness who agreed to come; a fake pastor who refused to even touch the Bible he plies his trade with, and some other lewd fellow; a so called senator with background in Law. This senator called Bamidele, who I believe had some up bringing in the States, not only destroyed the little doubt left, but also confirmed what is public knowledge. That indeed Asiwaju is a convict whether civil or criminal, that's not the issue. He's a convict. Whole hwa!!!.
So much for Jagaban of Bourdilion! The end is truly near for this mercurial politician who held Lagos in a vice like grip since 1999!

On the other part,
Obidients should Start Preparing for a possible Rerun: Asiwaju knows this! This is the best he can get from the honorable judges!

LP & HE Peter Obi have proved their case beyond reasonable doubt, and APC, INEC and Asiwaju could not even acquire 3 willing, sane witnesses each against the PDP & LP.... So much for the paper tiger of Bourdilion.

All Lovers of democracy worldwide wish there won't be a rerun, but rather a declaration that HE Peter Obi indeed won the election fair & square!

So what are we to do?
Firstly we must retrospect and understand that obidients have achieved what we call "Critical Mass" in physics. This Mass is formidable in enforcement of the Right way of doing things.

What is the right way? A credible INEC, with an unbiased posture, and a guideline everyone must strictly adhere to. Elections must be collate, announced under video at PU and upload real time for anyone to view, 20 minutes after close of elections. Simple.

With this set up, a crooked, highly dishonest Prof like Mahmud INEC chairman won't have the time to manipulate the figures or if another crook is sneaked in, the figures won't add up. Imagine after months elections was conducted they couldn't upload all results because the figures refused to add up!

Next, we must exert pressure on INEC. The campaign should be, Prof Yaks should go! Mr. Okoye should go! All top management that allowed this broad day light heist should go. They should be made to face prosecution, at least for derelict of duty! All of them. That way a msg would be passed to the new INEC chairman, eat corn, go to jail.

A credible team from ethnic minority should be assembled and the election entrusted to them. Don't forget the ethnic minorities are the most oppressed in Nigeria. Think of what is going on in North Central & far North. Time to allow these folks determine the leaders of Nigeria. Igbo, Fulani, Yoruba don try.

No Yoruba, no Hausa-fulani, no Igbo as INEC chairman in the coming fresh elections. An election guideline should be issued. A date announced and let the party begin. Anyone who tries to induce voters with money, or cart away ballot box should be lynched on the spot & feed to hungry lions at the zoo. Even if he's a soldier or policeman. If suffer no dey tired am, make he continue am for lion belle, heaven or hell or anywhere he see himself.

Any result that is not uploaded real time after close of voting should be collected from the PU officer, announced and the PU officer made to announce his name, rank and the results before giving it back to him to take to the collation center.

PO had the opportunity to do that in Anambra state but what did hr do transportationwise?. In developed countries it is mostly the local and possibly state government that will be involved in transportation of this sort. So, we don't need PO to be president before something like this is done. For instance Lagos has started with metroline traib and electric buses.

Thanks for sharing this When l heard about the news of Seychelles visa ban, I knew it had to do with crime by Nigerians same way we did in UAE. Also, each time you open any drug related news from India, it has to be our brothers from South East (the developers). I think the Igbos do more harm than good to Nigeria. A very intelligent prof of Philosophy and an activist well liked by the university community including the students.
