Politics / Re: Buhari And Obasanjo's Tenure More Corrupt Than GEJ Tenure - TI by Solupeace: 9:31am On Feb 13, 2015 |
I don't actually need TI to educate me about this because we don't need mirror to see what is in the palm. PGEJ is the best to have happened to this country. In as much as we are all entitled to our opinions,I believe that the propaganda about corruption is borne out of hate.I think PGEJ has shown a great political will in fighting corruption;which is signing FOI bill into law. Before now,we didn't know about what happened in government but this man came in and opened the political landscape. PGEJ till 2019! |

Mark my words and let it be engraved in your heart. So long as the conspiracy to remove GEJ is rooted in hate and false propaganda,it will not work. barcanista:I have been a federal civil servant now for fifteen years. I can categorically tell you without fear or favour the major problems facing Nigeria which are majorly two: Tribalism and religion. I don't know your background, but believe me, any person that aspires to rule Nigeria must not be found wanting in any of these areas. These two vices have eaten deep into the nation's fabric that we need a detribalised Nigerian and someone not given to religion. Buhari has failed woefully in these two. Forget the "non-corrupt" mantra. Civil servants are the main people that perpetuate corruption and they can beat the politicians to it. I have seen a lot of things. If we can down play on ethnicity and religion, and ensure that who gets what is not dependent on that,Nigeria will be a better place. Buhari has proven himself to be a religious zealot and pro-tribe, so he's not qualified. 8 Likes |

barcanista:I would appreciate a debate with you on core reasons why you will always support Buhari notwithstanding the level of intelligence you show. This particular argument of yours is illogical. Know this, Buhari is not qualified to rule Nigeria. Not just because of his lack of certificate, but because of his "personality". Buhari is just used by politicians to win elections. 2 Likes |

barcanista:See,you just confirmed my fears. So INEC officials are no longer civil servants just like NTA officials? So every civil servant in this regime is now a card-carrying PDP member? So if GEJ summons Jega he will not report with rocket speed? All the same, bookmark this, Buhari will never ever rule Nigeria. Never! Nonsense! 4 Likes |

Buhari's excuse is very lame. I'm sickened by the fact that Nigerians have become more political than the politicians. So he has refused to participate because it is being conducted by pro GEJ media houses but will participate in an election conducted by INEC chairman appointed by GEJ. Can't we reason again? Nonsense! 8 Likes 2 Shares |

Politics / Re: Presidential Debate;nedg Is Wrong To Invite Buhai by Solupeace: 1:19pm On Jan 27, 2015 |
Nigeria is a jungle. INEC yesterday disqualified some gubernatorial candidates of some parties citing their inability to fulfill some constitutional provision as the reason for that. In the case of Buhari, they claimed they lack the powers to disqualify any candidate but rather advised any aggrieved person to seek redress in the courts. In as much as I know that Buhari can never ever rule Nigeria again, I want this issue of perjury and "certificatelessness" be treated properly, atleast to clear Nigeria's battered image. Until then, Buhari should not be invited! |

This highlights the poor grassroots mobilization capabilities of APC which will haunt them badly. How on earth could that have happened? They prefer doing online polls to hard work preparatory to forming parallel government. 2 Likes 1 Share |
