(2) Revolutionary Revenue Collection From Transporters: Obaseki scrapped the private collection of levies on road users and introduce the use of scratch cards which led to to a 1000% of previously remitted levies.

(3) 55MW CCTEC Ossiomo Power Plant: Basically, the Chinese build and operate the power plant and Obaseki simply purchases the power (electricity) from them.

(4) Edo GIS: This scheme computerises ownership of lands by issuing a digital certificate of occupancy. The argument is that since the process of acquiring land has been digitized, investors would be attracted once they discover that the cost of acquiring land is cheap and corruption-free.

(5) The Edo Fertilizer and Chemical Company: Obaseki attempts to revitalize a moribund fertilizer plant which is expected to produce enough fertilizers to be sold to neighbouring state.
