Politics › Re: Nigeria Lacks Visionary Leaders—dangote by SolutionMee:
Inasmuch as I don't support bad governance, our problem as a nation is a collective work of bad citizens and not limited to leadership alone.

Even if Putin and Trump are allowed to rule Nigeria for three years, their performances in office won't still exceed that of Buhari

Let's be honest with ourselves, we lack something fundamental to development

Nigeria is the only country in the world that's still synonymous to underdevelopment

America wasn't built by visionary leaders alone but by visionary people like:

Steve Job and Steve Wozniak that saw that computer should be for everybody and pioneered the PC revolution

Bill Gate that handled the software components and operating environment of those PC

Larry Page that started Google in College

George Charles Devol that didn't go to college and invented the first programmable robot "the Unimate".

Wright Brothers that was credited as the inventor of modern day airplane

Henry Ford and So on

Many of these people were dropout while many of them started their company in garage

It wasn't easy for them as an American

They faced similar challenge as we does here

They lack funds, starting capital and government support

They are independent builder

They sacrificed their career at the expense of building their dream

They built their dream at the expense of building their country

They don't just care about working for clients alone and making ends meet, working in an office and earning decent income.

They use their skill to do creative, inventive and innovative things

They always put their country first

Even above their fate, faith, belief and religion

They always use their brain

They don't complain

They solve problems

Is it good roads that's still stopping Nigeria programmers and software engineers from creating the next programming language, compiler, IDE, CMS?

Let's keep deceiving ourselves

Africans only accompany the rest of the modern world to the world

We're only scouting with them

They did a great job by tolerating our stay

My father always told me that education is very important

Their are some things that illiteracy cannot do

Whoever we vote Come 2019, even if we're to make a bad leader again, let's choose from the educated ones and not a cattle rearer that dropped out from high school in JSS2. That's even if he attends any though

Saraki - Medical doctor and Business magnate

Atiku - Successful businessman

Buhari - A highschool dropout (that's if he truly goes to school at all) and cattle rearer (that's if he had ever work in his life)

In Zone-B voice, there's still no better candidate than Buhari

This is what happened when a country with over 180 million people have about 150 million illiterates.

No northern dropout can provide good governance

He will put his best into action to ensure that many lives also dropout from the world

We can't blame him. That's just his own mental orientation and emotional partitioning

Next time you were given a chance to come to this world again, never come as a Nigerian. I made the same mistake too when I was where you are now
