This one fine small Compare to his predecessors… Edo no be Lagos… 😂😂😂 |
Somebody2020:Which made they agreed not to sell again. I don’t understand the buyer’s aggression and adamant |
Cassandraloius:The amount they sound it and also she has been against the selling from the start. The family held a meeting and they agreed not to fight each other because of property. |
The amount they sold the land was not worthy the value of the land. We just want this to be settled soon. I’ve always heard if one member of the family refused to sign the deeds becomes inconclusive and nullity. If there no other means to resolved without going to court. This is happening in Lagos. Thanks for your concern and I still want more insights |
Good afternoon, Nairalanders… There’s a piece of land my family just sold out but one of the four sole administrators didn’t sign and the family agreed to return the money but the buyer and agent don’t want to accept the money. One of my family (an uncle) member among the sole administrators gave the agents the deed of agreement cos he was the one that negotiated the transaction. Now they said they have the deeds and have spent some money and it’s their own. And also, since the head of the family signed nobody is important anymore. The agents are threatening the only family member that didn’t sign. Their lawyer also is adamant claiming the land for his client. How can we sort this out without going to court because of the long process at court. Their money is available and ready for refunds. I’m open to your suggestions and opinions. I’ll be waiting to answer your questions. Thanks in anticipation all… |

Please Nairalanders, I purchased a pair of shoes from Jumia on the 8th February but I had to cancelled the order the same day when I realized the situation of the country was getting bad. I got a message from them on the 9th confirming the money in my Jumia voucher then I emailed them to help transfer the funds to my bank account. I received an email asking for bank info which I forwarded to them. They asked me to wait for 5 working days for the money to be paid. After the 5 working days elapsed and the money is not there I went to my bank and I was asked to contact Jumia. I contacted them immediately on livechat and lodge complaint. I was not satisfied with their response on live chat and that prompted me to send another email they acknowledged it and promised to escalated the issue to my bank and promised today being 28th March all issue would be resolved. I also asked my bank to follow up with that and gave them transaction info Jumia provided. I went to my bank today but no money. I chatted with Jumia representative, they asked me to wait again. This is frustrating... I need my money back. Please Nairalanders how can I go about this to get my refund. Thank you guys. I’ll be waiting for your advices. Yours, Somebody |

Wow! This is Commendable!! Unlike Lagos lazy youths!!! |
It’s a pity, my people don’t see importance of expressing their grievances on this issue. They prefer to give importance to unworthy issues. Last last, all of us go shop breakfast |
Good afternoon, everyone. I expected the government to come up with a serious law on containers and other big trucks plying our roads during the day time by now. As usual no one is talking. Human life worths nothing anymore in Nigeria lately. Hearing the container accident at Ojuelegba. I shivered and said to myself “another one again.” Ojuelegba is a common route to most people living in Mainland. It’s likely you ply the route in your daily routine. I want us to know it can be anyone. Please let’s stand up and make our voices to be heard. Enough of these senseless deaths. Let’s the awareness trend please. Heaven help those who help themselves... RIP to the dead ones and may God gives their families fortitude to bear the loss. Our lives matters!!! |
It’s not Buhari’s fault but ours. Juju don catch us. To protest and die for our right is not even part of the Topic. Sapa till infinity.... Nigeria, which way? |
CrownWale93:I’m in interested in buying one. Can you share pictures or give me your number to discuss. Thanks in anticipation. Happy El Id Kabir in addy |
Such is the case of a guy i connected here (naira land). I paid him to design logo for my brother’s new clothing line logo. Each time I told him of my preference he always flare up, he will insult and curse me. Since yesterday he refused to reply to my messages on WhatsApp. This is a guy that was begging me to send the 2k fast and after collecting it he turns himself to God. One thing I noticed about him is the toxic of nairalander... he love to abuse and curse, rude and disrespectful. His name is Israel. If he doesn’t get back to me soonest. I will post our chat for you all to see. Learn to have a good customer relation. That comes first. |
Bro, please don’t take this too serious. In working place and shops women play freely... thou some have things in heart but most times they are doing this to catch cruise and not flirting. Don’t let kids on the forum to damage your life with their childish advices. Talk to her and man up. Most times, it’s nothing. I know about street and understand better. More so, packing shouldn’t be solution to cheating. Most people can’t tell you what they let go in their relationship. Reality is different from fiction. Trust me.... some times you let few goes... |
