The problem they have is in the defence and maybe attack. Too many slow folks there.

I think players' age and pace affects them in the Serie A. They cant keep up the consistency each week as they can in the CL.

Nesta is ok but Maldini may not be able to race with Van Persie, but again the experience he has helps him know where exactly to stay and how to bring attackers down without getting booked.

Milan needs a bit of young hot blooded players. What happened to Paco anyways?

Ageing Milan side? Milan represents the old addage that says - "Age is nothing but mere numbers" . . . when it comes to the CL.  

I agree that no team can be written off at this stage but big names are given more respect when it comes to the bookies.

AC Milan and Arsenal would be a great tie, lets hope Arsenal have their top players around, I don't want any excuses.

Chelsea should be prepared for the greeks. I should think everyone would be fit by then and a couple of new faces too (hopefully nateevs would have his wish). So it would be a good game but we should pull through.

Lyon is not a threat for ManU. Lyon has been struggling and I think should be a walk-over. It would be disappointing to see otherwise.

The English team I would like to see leave the competition is Arsenal . . . for obvious reasons.

Arsenal would have their work cut out as they met the current holders. Milan is not playing to well at the moment but they're a Champions league side and are capable of running the self-proclaimed teenagers inside out.

Manchester should be able to give Lyon a comfortable whooping as Lyon has sold so many influential players.

Liverpool and Inter . . . I don't know, when you write liverpool down in the CL they show their character or probably excess amount of luck.

The Attorney-General of the Federation has said that the FG is considering the merger of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) and the Code of Conduct Bureau to eliminate the overlap in their functions.

At the inauguration of the House of Representatives Committee on Justice, he said a merger would eliminate instances of double jeopardy currently experienced in cases prosecuted by the agencies.

He said "they appear to be overlapping because we have a petition from Ebonyi State where they are complaining that two agencies are investigating the activities of Ebonyi State.

“This petition was written by the Attorney-General of Ebonyi State addressed to the President and a copy was sent to me. The same offences for which the ICPC is already investigating, EFCC is also investigating.

“So, I forwarded the petition to the EFCC chairman and ICPC chairman to try and sort out and streamline themselves.

“Secondly, ICPC has already prosecuted Alamieyeseigha and got convictions and properties confiscated. The same Alamieyeseigha is facing similar charges before the Code of Conduct,”

He said that the law provides that nobody should be prosecuted or convicted twice on the same offence neither could the case be re-opened if he was convicted or discharged and acquitted.

“So, we are looking at the possibilities of having one strong body. That is the suggestion they are looking at, looking at the confusion that is arising here and there,”
