Will scan it all. I doubt the ECO will be bothered about using our old passport numbers to get expired visa information.

Travel history must obviously be important to the UK Home Office since they specifically ask about it in detail in their form, even for students.
So in line with their detailed questions, I think it appropriate to provide them with detailed evidence as well.

Use the name indicated on your passport. If your intention is to use your new name then get a new passport.

Your TB test will be invalid if it is not the same as the name on your passport. You will be throwing money away.

I feel depending on your answer to a question like.. why this course? you can cover questions like (and talk about)

Your educational background, career
Why this course?
Why this university?
Why the uk?
Your future career plans?
What you expect to do afterwards? Etc

Depending on your answer to that one question you won’t get asked the rest because you have talked about your personal statement in that one instance. Not a brief answer but very a detailed explanation.

I am preparing my application myself, on my home-ties i have land and car documents. I will be submitting my mother passport data page plus my work employment letter, leave letter and introduction letter to show enough home-ties.

Can i submit my mother car documents, am judging myself not to submit her car paperwork since am not the owner of the car, any suggestions pls ?

If you have to pay then do it. I missed booking 10:30am 19th August for a flimsy reason. My appointment date is perfect so that’s okay.



Just do what you need to get a date or better date if it suits your situation.

She gave me her rent receipts and passport data page, i will just do exactly what u say, because she have sit her ass million times to draft an invitation letters going to the library ect all because of me and it not free in library’s
cus she pay fees for that using the computers ect and in all them letters medical insurance is written; we have corrected and corrected the i.v many times and we both tired, make we leave the medical insurance like that, nah God dey approve visa even when we all do our homework’s in the application and travel expenses is included within the UK in the I.V; i will print out our conversations as friends and add that to the application and i hope it helps as u say ?

I got my dollar card from fidelitybank the following day. My account was opened the same day I applied, and I got the card the following day.

Any bank will do.

Keep in mind getting a debit card will take about 5 working days or more. If you hope to book an appointment soon you are best of looking for someone who has a dollar account.

So I came online and saw a free date for August 26th same assisted service, I clicked on it and was directed to a payment site.

Do I still need to pay again for this new date despite having paid for the 1st sept.

Please can someone apply for visa before doing TB test? Can she go ahead and apply while waiting to do her tb test appointment date? Or must she have the tb certificate before she can book an appointment??

I did mine after booking but I must confess my heart kept beating fast till I was told I was okay. I don’t know anyone who has had TB and I was still freaked out.

About to upload documents tgis morning and its showing Appointment not set yet. Is this a glitch from their system? I have our payment confirmation and appointment confirmation emails too

We have had our appointments for over a week. That’s why I included in my original post that we had our emails from TLS indicating our appointments and payments. I paid N84,000 for 2 Flexi service. I’m quite sure we have our appointments!!!

Please must all members of the family book an appointment date even if they plan to do walk in.For example,my sister was able to book appointment for her son while she who is the main applicant hasn't gotten a slot alongside her 2 other dependents.

Dates I saw today are 27th August, 1st, 3rd,8th up till 15th September where I stopped checking.

Checked TLS Abuja because we were planning to do a walk in this week. Main applicant - Regular appointment. 2 dependents - Flexi appointment (All different dates)

Was told no walk in service available. Interview for the family will hold on main applicants date. Main applicant will not be required to pay for Flexi service.

Working days for Abuja is Tuesday and Thursday.

I was told sputum result takes 8 weeks.

You can pay dollars into a dorm account and use the card to pay.

Yesterday I paid

IHS - $603
Visa - $466


If you are paying with a naira card I think Access bank limit is $1,000 and GTB $500. So you will need multiplie cards like 2 different Access bank cards for your application. Or one GTB and one Access.

The payments are separate.
