I'm confused..... Is it that more companies are utilising bitcoin for payments or they are intentionally pumping it so there'll be a dump once the ignorant masses starts buying bitcoin?

Hello guys I need your advice I met a girl ask her out so she told me she have a boyfriend but her boyfriend doesn't take the relationship serious reason because he tell lies and womanize alot.... she don't want to continue the relationship with him anymore...

so, I convince her that my own time with her will be different from her boyfriend and she accepted me and we started the relationship the relationship was going well smooth and nice along the line she requested for some money and also she asked me to get her a new phone because the phone was bad so for the sake of love and care I have for her I provided her the money she requested and also provide her a better phone....

recently, she begin to act up somehow whenever I called her on phone telling her that I would like to see her she will say she's busy, she's always busy so I begin to suspect her that was happening so during the weekend she told me that her ex-boyfriend is back again and both of them were together when she was telling me she's busy because she doesn't want her ex to know what is happening that was the reason so she told me was was busy with work....

so she pleaded that we should end the relationship we just started, since we have been dating I have spent money on her and I have also get her a better phone
my question now the phone I bought for her should I collect it back or I should leave the phone with her let her go with it and continue her relationship with her former guy

GloriousGbola:

you think a billion dollar project negotiated when cement was n3500 will run when cement is n11,000?

The issue is not so much about when it was negotiated but how long after the negotiations were they paid?

Why did they delay in moving to site after they received first payment?

I know many smaller contractors that have been guilty of what they are trying to pull off. Some legitimate and others scavengers

Umahi is pontificating for the camera.

There is a force majeur on this project - out of control inflation.

It is a fact and the fact of the matter is other contractors are watching to see how this plays out.

No one is going to go bankrupt on Dave umahis account. More so when he seems to be trying to invoke a racist card.

Is it Umahi that delayed their mobilisation to site?

According to Umahi, they have been mobilised, the contractors apparently delayed and now want to renegotiate the entire contract including what they have already been paid for.

Unless the payments came late, then they have no excuses

I can only answer no 1,if you can get reference letter from your work place, you are good to go,show account statement showing salary paid, or cash certificate stating that you are paid in cash, you are covered.

You may not need to submit your appointment or employment letter.

Thanks ma'am...... Other experienced folks in the house should kindly share their take.

Good day house, I recently joined the Express Entry pool and will like some advice/guidance to avoid errors and possibly increase my scores.

My scores currently stand at 464points and I shouldn't be losing points via age for another 9/10 months.

1.) My appointment letter doesn't include job roles, just indicating that I have been appointed to a certain role. Should this be a concern?

2.) I currently entered the pool as sales Engineer for NOC 62100 – Technical sales specialists - wholesale trade. Does it qualify as a stem related NOC. I'm asking against stem draws. I believe I can also switch to 21301 – Mechanical engineers. Please advice.

3.) If I receive an invitation to apply, would I need to submit Job reference for all my listed employments/NOCs or just my primary NOC? I would like to know so I do not give myself unnecessary stress with documentation.

4.) Can POF funds be provided in multiple accounts? E.g naira and dollar or savings and mutual funds.

5.) Is there a link that indicates the NOCs considered for Stem draws? Kindly share please.

6.) I added 16months work experience from my father's company where I'm also listed as a shareholder 15% of total shares. Hope this isn't an issue.

7.) Kindly advise how I can improve my scores or be better qualified for PNPs. I have a sibling in Alberta but they've put their draws on hold and I'm yet to get good evidence that they previously selected Sales Engineer/Mechanical Engineers or any other NOCs I may qualify for in their provincial draws.

I really anticipate your guidance guys.

Romance / Re: I'm 33 But I Don't Want To Get Married by sonofthunder: 5:07am On Feb 26
Mikuni:
When I look at the married men around me, I no longer see the need of having a wife.

I discovered something shocking, a few months ago:

Most men die before their wives, and most likely before their children finish university education. Look at your dad's friends, how many of them are still alive to enjoy the fruits of their parental labour?

Before marriage, you go through a lot of stress in choosing the right woman (God help you, if she's not greedy and demanding) you spend a fortune on marriage, only to be 'eating' one type of food grin till you die. If you're not careful, you go beg for sex tire. grin You think I'm lying? Ask my neighbor who begs to put the tip of his toothpick inside his wife for just a minute.

Now, you're married, you must provide for the rent, bills, school fees, in-law expenses etc
You must not forget to keep extra savings for health issues for cases like complications in child delivery, antenatal care, naming ceremony, baby materials, clothings etc

If you're unlucky to find yourself in financial difficulty after marriage, pray your wife is the understanding type, else you'd deal with a nagging woman, the type King Solomon told us to avoid staying in the same house with, and rather hide on your rooftop.

If your woman is easily driven to anger, and not rational in thinking, you're in serious trouble. You may end up being stabbed or poisoned. A lot of men have died this way.

So dear men, why waste your time and money? Be smart!

I leave you with this Bible passage: "Wealth and riches are inherited from parents, but a good wife comes only from the Lord."

All what you described is a minority of cases. It's a fast growing minority that will most likely overthrow the majority but it is still a minority of cases

Nbote:

Now this is an analysis of someone who genuinely wants to have a conversation. Yes your analysis just broke down how many of these fake ads hike prices on Binance but then attributing it to the freefall of the naira is am overkill. Where do BDC operators get their USD from if not the banks? Where do banks get their USDs from if not CBN. The CBN sells dollars to banks who inturn sell at a profit. The CBN allowed itself to be used as the wallet of the political elites and that's what we are suffering from. The manipulation isn't in Binance, the Manipulation is by the same political elites who have amassed so much monies to influence whatever they like.

No BDC operator will sell dollar to you without goggling black market rates. Is that how to determine demand and supply? And they always check the highest rate. If your transaction don't involve lots of money, they wouldn't give you attention and they all do the same thing. It doesn't matter the rate at which they got the dollar.

Now imagine the site they are checking is pegging inflated rates which is almost usually the case. I have experienced this first hand many times. CBN need to mop up USD and monitor banks. These banks are the ones enabling these terrible behaviour from the BDC operators.

For the past 6 years, I don't know any Nigerian bank that will ever agree to having USD for sale. Even when I wanted to withdraw from my own account, the teller and my account officer told me they didn't have dollars for withdrawal. I later managed to withdraw from the same branch after making complaint to the branch manager.

We shouldn't be ignorant of how deep the rot really is

What humans need to thrive in dire times Is hope.

Hope based on concrete steps.

Look at the body language of the government and let's tell ourselves the truth. Does it give hope.

It approved 160m for lawmakers to purchase cars, spent billion for hajj, removed subsidy without any cushions for the masses.

A government that knows where its going to would have established manufacturing industries, improved power, invested in agriculture, beefed up security, tried top corrupt personnel giving them speedy trial and appropriate punishment for serve as deterants to others, cut down costs of government etc

If they have done a few of these things and tell people to have hope and give it one year for it to start yielding dividends people would endure but have we seen any of these yet

Instead we see them living large while telling people to endure. WHY?!!

its knee jerk response we see.

Let the government go after corrupt politicians and bank CEOs but alas they cannot shit where they eat

The fact that you aren't wrong doesn't mean you are right. Nigeria has fallen into a sorry state and all of these were inevitable regardless of whosoever took over. I told those around that cared to listen even before the primaries that doom and gloom awaited us after the elections. The FG had no reasonable way to implement these give the way the country has progressively deteriorated especially after Obasanjo's régime.

I just don't know where the lowest point will be. That's my biggest discouragement.

Don't get me wrong, I never supported the manner in which subsidy removal and many of these policies were implemented

Who are the people mopping up the forex . are they not politicians

How do u improve the economy

Go from consumption to production.

Invest in agriculture, improve secuity, ensure local production for exportation, improve power reduce the luxurious live styles of government, let the masses see ur sincerity that you are not paying lip services to their plight and see how things would change

Above all kill corruption. Use a few top rated people as examples and see how the country would fall in line but alas he that comes to equity must come with clean hands

Buhari did all these knee jerk response during his time. Where did it lead us to

The govt keep doing the same things and expecting different responses. Kole werk

Apart from genuinely and aggressively fighting corruption, do you think we would see the effects of any good policy for the next two/three years?

KingintheNorth:
Hi Guys. I am posting for a friend who doesn't want to be named but he seriously needs your advice and possible suggestions on this matter.

He is the only son and has a sister , his father is also still alive .the problem is his mother, she keep borrowing money in hundreds of thousands and expecting the son to repay those loans. She wouldn't even inform him before taking loans, he only gets to know about it when the loan sharks come knocking. He has been paying back loans that have run into millions for the mother for the past 6 years. The painful part is when you ask her what she is using those monies for, she will always say she doesn't know or does not remember.
Each time after promising not to take loans anymore ,before you know it she will take another one. The son usually pay her monthly upkeep money so she is not lacking anything.

Right now she is in serious brand new debt and she's running to the son for rescue and he is fed up. He can't abandon the mother and also can't keep paying back loans he doesn't know anything about.

1.) Stop paying any loan. Not even one naira.

2.) Demand here bank statement from when this problem started. Yes Six years ago.

3.) Let her get a job. She's obviously forgotten how easy it is to get money 🤑🤑🤑. 8-10 working hours a day will remind her.
