Okay so uh… I have been reading a lot about men complaining about how their wives wouldn’t have sex with them after having kids…. The truth is… sex is harder to have after birthing a baby or more babies, it’s even more harder to feel aroused when you have a toddler to care for, a baby that wants to feed all time, the lack of sleep you get, doing the cookings, making the house clean….

Men please pity your wives too, try to be discipline your p***s….. it’s not easy on the woman too… thank you…

Please if you are not married, I don’t need your comment. If you are a single father, don’t comment either, if you are a divorcee, please save your strength. Only a happily married man should comment.

I have a question to ask, and I need a very good answer,

What qualities made you pick the woman you are married to?

Why I asked this question is, I used to think you must look out for your preferred qualities in a woman to qualify her for marriage.

Is it just the qualities or the impact those qualities are having on you?

I have been seeing a woman for some months now. I must confess that since I met her, the urge to fornicate has completely disappeared. I used to be a serial womanizer and fornicator. Everything is changing at a very fast rate and for the first time since I have been praying and fasting for changes in this regard, I am very much satisfied with my new found will power.

Is this one of the signs of the qualities a woman possesses or am I getting matured or etc etc?

But The idea of me getting matured is flawed because even married men young and old get married and still cheat with numerous women.

Sorry for the many questions! I just need answers to help me understand why I have started ignoring other women advances and sex invite. This is unlike me but don’t get it wrong, it’s my number one prayer being answered.

You wasted the destinies of other women and you are leaving them for who?

Hope you have gotten the advice you need by now.

Go to any top hotel or restaurant and ask the manager you want to work free so you can learn and be trained..tell them you will pay to be taught the skills u are interested in..do it for a year.. congratulations

This is the problem with companies, now they want experience but the pay is so low. Even if you have the experience they will claim probation or one excuse or the other and they day of increments never comes.

Volunteering for experience is not a new thing. I have done it before. You could have just guided the young man. He may be more capable and determined than several of these experienced folks.

That's how my boss brought in experience to manage business when he was travelling out. Na me begin teach experience work despite earning much less. Now experience has left, I'm doing the work of experience, my work and also the teaching the in-experienced he's always threatening to sack yet no improvement in renumeration.

I didn't ask that question to bring the organization down.

I would have loved going into sales of trendy clothes but I am having doubts since I got this money.

It's even better since you have something doing though little. Since you aren't sure and you need to learn the process first, place the money in a place you can't access easily.

You can then link up with folks that operate boutiques.

Ask them questions. If they are unwilling to help, move on to the next person. The idea is to gain sufficient knowledge so as to reduce the chances of failure.

This business interest you have, you also need to understand where your clothes will be coming from. Will our unstable FX affect your buying price?

Just calm down and take it easy.

What do you do currently? Where's your location? What are you interested in doing?

Place the money in mutual funds with these insurance companies so you don't touch any of the #1.5million.

Use that period to study the business you want to venture into and possibly get a mentor. That way you have a better knowledge of the business and it is likely not to fail.

Please how is keeping oil theft low not part of managing the economy well

Understand my point. He never did anything substantial to grow the economy despite the growing population.

A major reason oil theft went down was because it was someone from the region that was president and they were sending militants from the region abroad and paying them huge money as salary while citizens from same place who went to school graduated and remained either jobless or underemployed.

Jonathan did not manage economy. Oil prices where high and oil theft was low so money was coming in. But it was already collapsing due to poor policies. Emefiele did a good job to help destroy anything left.

Despite the money from oil export, our economy experienced marginally low growth until Jonathan threatened IMF/World bank that he has done cassava bread and other rubbish so they should change their report grin grin grin grin grin

He did little to no reasonable investments except maybe for the New Federal universities, and the presidential scholarship schemes which to me is a failure because 95% of the people who got the scholarships ran out of the country with our money and have no plans to return with said knowledge.

We shouldn't decieve ourselves, all our presidents from 1999 to date have been failures. Maybe small exemption for Obasanjo but he should have done more. Yar A' Dua we keep claiming would have made a good president but I doubted that. His reversal of refinery sale gave room for money to be stolen via TAM maintenance under Jonathan and Buhari first tenure by so called cabals.

Thank you very much.. My colleagues are great. The issue is the work itself. I do not want a career that limits me to one industry (especially when there are only two major players alot of the professionals here aim to work at). I do not plan to resign, I'm just concerned if it wise to take a lower pay (in the event I secure one) to actually do what I love especially when it offers diverse career paths.

Depends, if the lower pay is still sufficient to take care of your family and there's a clear opportunity for growth then you can consider it, else, start being passionate about that job oh..... Street is not funny.

Depends what industry you are in, you can work a few more years while using your spare bucks to set up your private firm in your area of passion.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Passion Over Paycheck: Is It Worth Taking A Lower-paying Job To Do What I Love by sonofthunder: 1:18pm On Oct 19, 2023
BunbleBee:
I currently work in a top firm in the industry as a young graduate and fairly compensated but I seriously do not like the team I'm assigned to. My team members are great but I do not see myself doing what we do in team in many years to come. Additionally, what the team does limits me to this same thing within the industry and the number of opportunities as a whole. The tasks are repetitive and not as technical like I would love. This demotivates me and does not make me actively develop myself in this field. I do not find joy in it. I have tried many times to switch teams but that did not work out for me. I work with members from the team I would like to join and I always wished I was in that team.

I'm determined to change this as early as possible as I believe this is the best time to take risk. I have decided that if I can't switch to my dream team, then I would have to find this dream in another firm (most likely smaller with lesser prestige but with opportunity to learn valuable skills). However, I am confused on if this is a wise decision.

I need your advice on this drastic decision I need to take.

Thank you all

What is the bigger issue here?

The nature of the job or the nature/work ethic of your colleagues

My wife calls her family for everything, once I'm broke she calls her mother to send her food items, I have begged her to stop, I have gotten angry yet she said she can't be hungry in a man's house when there's excess in her parents house, my wife can't manage 3k to cook for me, a family with just 2 kids, she'll call her elder brothers and tell them I gave her 3k to cook immediately they will send money for her.

Can't a woman water down her taste to keep her marriage? They don't insult me but I feel not man enough, I feel less of myself, my wife is from a rich home and the house we are living is a wedding gift from her brothers, she's an only daughter and they over pamper her, they don't allow her ask twice.

I remember I bought a car for her when she delivered our first child my brother in-law knew about it before the car arrived cause I ordered through his company, he changed the car to something twice the one I could afford without my knowledge, when they brought a car to the house I said this isn't what I ordered my brother in-law said their Ada can't be seen driving such after marriage.

They are planning to open a business for her and they didn't involve me in the plan, my marriage is not what I wanted cause I feel like I'm not man enough.

My wife doesn't appreciate gifts from me like when it's from her family, I got her a 75k watch she said thank you and for months she didn't use it, I had to remind her that there's a watch I gave her, but when one of her brother sent her a watch worth 260k she danced and used it always.

How do I handle this?

The best I can admonish right now is to keep taking care of her while focusing on yourself/business/career. Cause the signals of insecurities she picks up might keep pushing her off.
