This is too much. Unless maybe you have kidney stones.
You are flushing your electrolytes, micronutrients and stressing your kidneys (unnecessarily).
Don't overstress your organs. The recommendation is to drink when you are thirsty.

The Governor is quiet, the LG Chairman is Quiet, The senator representing the town is quite, the State House and the Federal House of representative for the town are also quiet.

This obsession with presidency is the greatest assurance that we will remain miserable for the next 100years.

Buhari stopped importation of rice, our local rice farmers increased prices of rice without proper explanation.... They also had a lot of incentives to support them asides the ban on importation of rice.
If the current FG stops import, how will you regulate prices of the local producers?
Are we also going to ban importation of used shoes and clothes?

God will never abandon his sheep when they are lost, he must look for them
Ironfaceman: I taught of that too. But covenant University is fucking rich if they decide to start level 1 lecturers with 500k they won't go broke.
I've searched but struggled to see it. A research professor was earning 10m+ annually.... It was really good although I know deductions and taking advantage of school accommodation will reduce it.
The guy probably was in the first year in an entry level role then left for a better position hence he's back to bad mouth them.
Ironfaceman: A former lecturer of Covenant University, who also has a PhD, has taken to social media to mention his salary The experienced individual took to his media page to engage in discussion and also share his payslip The amount he mentioned as his salary caught the attention of many people, who took to the comments page to react.
A former lecturer of Covenant University, who also has a PhD, has captured people's attention after disclosing the amount he was paid as salary despite his degree and qualifications.
The brilliant individual backed up his claim with a photo, which serves as evidence of the amount he was paid as salary and the specific year
Former Covenant University displays his payslip His statement shows that he currently does not work with the institution, as he referred to the school in the past tense.
@Engrbimmy wrote on his social media page: "I looked at my payslip (with Ph.D) from when I was a Lecturer at Covenant University, and I started crying."
By revealing the amount he was paid in the viral post, many on social media found his statement hard to believe. An individual, @MrPharm_, asked what year the lecturer taught at Covenant University or the year he was paid the said amount he mentioned. To prove his statement is true, @Engrbimmy replied with proof from his PayPal.
A statement to further prove that he received the amount he mentioned as salary in January 2024. Legit.ng reached out to the individual for comments, but he has not responded at the time of writing this report. His post about Covenant University has since gone viral, with many people talking about it online.
I believe this was his pay as a starting GA or something like that. I think I saw Covenant university salary structure for academic staff about 12+ years ago and it was reasonable. He should clarify his experience and position, the image is not clear.
There's also a chance that he's taking advantage of the schools accommodation for staff.
Malagans: How about some of us that have no parents? Our parents died early and couldn't even build a house before they died. And we are still struggling.
