That is the thing about Nigeria. People think they have a right to your life and home. At least before going to anyone's home, you give them a call. At time some people are not in the mood to entertain guest or at times there is no food in the home. My cardio is on the treadmill. I run 10 miles at the speed of 4.5. For my yoga, it is at the gym which helps concentration and peace from within.
