Family › Re: When A Man Forces His Wife For Sex, Is It A Rape? by sophy17(m): 4:17pm On Jun 24, 2016 |
No, it's not rape. Why - because since they are husband and wife consent is already presumed from both parties. IOWS sex is one of those essential ingredients of .a valid marriage. So when a partner forces the other, though wrong morally, it is not actionable, and in fact the complainant may be held liable for denying conjugal rights, except the forceful sex is life threatening.. But I must say, why force anyone for sex. |

saasala: Where Are my drumsticks
I know Victor very well. He is very loved by LCC3 members under pastor Deola. The only guy in Christ Embassy that leads praise and worship with local dialects. He has always been pastor Chris' boy and a very close friend of Frank Edwards. Apart from being a drummer, he sings and dances well. If you want to see pastor Chris dance to traditional Xtian music, call bro Ike. He has always been dedicated. He deserves it. Well, pastor Chris is just pulling some stunts, perhaps to gain or maintain the trust of the tithe payers.
I used to be a Christ Embassy member, in fact I was a choir master, drummer and cell leader until God opened my eyes to see that the 21st century church is scam and sham.... I love my life more now. Been 3 years since I last stepped on the floor of a church and I am loving it.
Oya, Tithe payers association of Nigeria, quote me. I am very happy for you. I was once in that bondage and was liberated over 15years ago. It takes wisdom to come out of it. Sadly many people cannot think by themselves except through their gods of men the so called pastors. |

angrybull: Skye bank to pay 4b naira fine
Less than two weeks after it sanctioned two major banks for flouting Federal Government directives on Treasury Single Account, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has imposed a fine of N4 billion on Skye Bank for concealing funds belonging to Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/tsa-cbn-fines-skye-bank-n4bn-for-concealing-mdas-funds/225038/ I think the CBN should look for better and more effective ways to go about these sanctions. Why not sanction the board/ or directors or the persons directly responsible for these breaches rather than sanction a publicly quoted company whose ordinary shares holders become the ultimate losers. As it stands, the big ogas who took this decision will collect all their emoluments, the fine will be paid by the investing public, and the ordinary shares held by them will be battered. |

PETERiCHY: Oil failed to sustain a rally above $50 a barrel in October amid signs a global glut will be prolonged as rising U.S. stockpiles keep supplies more than 100 million barrels above the five-year seasonal average.

Even Nigeria was once an example.Just as I believe our leaders got it wrong the moment they abandoned all other avenues. Let oil sell as low as 1 dollar per barrel, Nigeria can be great if we have committed leaders and followers. Of course not someone like you, either as a leader or a follower. No wonder you have thrown all hope for your motherland into the dustbin as evident in your persistent call for naira devaluation. I don't think and I have never heard or seen an American, Briton or someone from a developed country regardless of his status, rich or poor, young or old, illiterate or educated, think, imagine in his mind or canvass and clamour for devaluation of his countries currency. The reverse is the case here and that's what is worrisome to me. Ask yourself how many times we have been told to devalue as a way out and yet they still come back and sell the same story. |

ifedubatoochukw: President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday in Abuja directed the central command of the military to relocate to Maiduguri, Borno, to intensify the fight against Boko Haram insurgency.
Buhari, who gave the directive in his address after his inauguration, said it was impossible to achieve victory against the insurgents if the command continued to operate from Abuja.
He said that the command center would relocate and remain in Maiduguri until the insurgents were subdued.
No where in the History of world military History will the military central command be located right in the combat zone it is the height of unprofessional-ism which is about to force me to revisit the issue of Buhari certificate scandal. let us use the United state of America model as a case study .
Military Central command are non combatants they are not infantry units but expertise from various field of course
Structure
Central Command headquarters staff directorates include personnel, intelligence, operations, logistics, plans & policy, information systems, training & exercises, and resources, and other functions. The intelligence section is known as Joint Intelligence Center, Central Command, or JICCENT, which serves as a Joint Intelligence Center for the co-ordination of intelligence. Under the intelligence directorate, there are several divisions
In the United State the Central Military Command directs four "service component commands" and one subordinate unified command and no fighting units directly subordinate to it:
The United States Army Central (USARCENT), and the United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT), both headquartered at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina, the U.S. Marine Forces Central Command (USMARCENT), headquartered at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida and the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (USNAVCENT), headquartered at Naval Support Activity Bahrain in the Kingdom of Bahrain. MacDill Air Force Base also hosts a Sub-unified command called the Special Operations Command Central (USSOCCENT).
In 1983, U.S. Military Central Command was established to succeed the Rapid Deployment Joint Task Force, formed at MacDill AFB, Florida on 1 March 1980, to handle US national security interests in Southwest Asia, Central Asia and the Persian G
The USA Central Military Command main headquarters is located at MacDill Air Force Base, in Tampa, Florida. A forward headquarters was established in 2002 at Camp As Sayliyah in Doha, Qatar, which in 2009 transitioned to a forward headquarters at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar to serve American strategic interests interest in the following countries as the Area of Responsibilty.
Area of Responsibility Countries for USA Central Military Command Located in Mac Dill Air force Base in Tampa Florida..
Afghanistan Bahrain Egypt Iraq Jordan Kazakhstan Kuwait Kyrgyzstan Lebanon Oman Pakistan Qatar Saudi Arabia Tajikistan Turkmenistan U.A.E. Uzbekistan Yemen
Tactically its a great Blunder for Mr Buhari to relocated the Military Central command right into sambisa forest [/b
He never said this. Your write up is lacking in scholarly work.]
when he knew quite well that these people are non combatants they are not infantry soldiers and their area of responsibilty covers a wider area than just boko haram. they monitor , deploy and protect both Nigeria air land and water from both internal and external aggression.
Relocating Nigeria military Central Command to frontline war zone is the most senseless decision any president have ever taken and such action is capable of endangering Nigeria external security an outside force may invade the nation of Nigeria in time like these..
This wrong decision calls for us to revisit Buhari certificate scandal and how he come about his title of Major General when he is incapable of simple kindergarten Military Decision

With my knowledge and experience I started my announcement since last year about the stock crash. Just a day before yesterday day stockbull suggested that I should hold on for a while and go through my previous post, I discover the following; (1) I stated last year that stock will fall more than half of its price before election. I sold my Oando #27 and now Oando is #13+, half of the price, transcorp was sold at #6 as of then and now transcorp is below #3 the half of the price then, UBA #8 then and now below #4, Eterna #5+ then and now #2+ half of the money, FBN #16 then and now #8, conoil #60+ then and now #32 almost half, and many others. (2) I stated during that period that the best time to buy is one week before the election day and one week after election. Still yet uptill now many fail to appreciate my work but only to abuse, there seen to be traffic as a result of many that want to take position in the market starting from yesterday, but as for me am still holding on a little at my junction, and may likely shift my goal post come front either before saturday or next week. To be honest with you, the problem isn't what you have been saying but really the way and manner you have been saying it. |
