THERE are indications that the establishment of a new national carrier may become a reality soon with the submission of the report by a Federal Government committee with the mandate to work out modalities to restore the national airline. Submitting its report at the Ministry of Aviation, Chairman of the committee, Capt. Abdulsalami Mohammed, said that the committee had wide consultations and received a number of memoranda in the course of its sittings.
According to him, “the creation of the committee on the establishment of a national carrier has generated a lot of excitement and comments both in the print and electronic media as well as in social media networks since its inauguration. “It was therefore not surprising that we received a lot of memoranda from interested stakeholders within and outside the country.

“We consulted with a total of 74 stakeholders, ranging from airline operators to aviation agencies, service providers, financial consultants, institutional investors, aircrafts and parts suppliers and former staff of Nigeria Airways Limited.”

Mohammed noted that the committee has given what he described as far reaching recommendations, which if accepted and implemented by the Federal Government will have positive impact on the aviation industry in Nigeria.

Receiving the report, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Aviation, Mrs. Binta Bello, explained that the inauguration of the committee was based on a directive by President Muhammadu Buhari, to advise government on appropriate modalities for the establishment of a national carrier. She declined to give a timeline within which the proposal will be implemented arguing that, “the report has just been submitted to me and I have not even opened it. Until I open the report and see the recommendations, I cannot say exactly what we are going to come up with.”

The committee was inaugurated in Abuja on August 25 and given four weeks to complete its assignment. The Federal Government had made several failed attempts in the past at floating a national carrier after the demise of the Nigeria Airways which was established earlier in 1971 following a buy-out of the equities of Elder-Dempster and British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC).

Reports indicate that for over 40 years, the airline served as link to various destinations not only in Nigeria but also across West and Central Africa and also operated intercontinental flights to Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia.
According to an Aviation Consultant, Chris Aligbe, Federal Government’s Structural Adjustment Policy of Former President Ibrahim Babangida in the in the 1980s dealt the Nigeria Airways a devastating blow which may have eventually led to its grounding. According to Aligbe, “the Structural Adjustment Programme came with a huge devaluation of the Naira and stoppage of annual subvention to Nigeria Airways.

“This twin policy action quadrupled Nigeria Airways problems as it multiplied the airline’s debt in terms of the quantum of it required to meet its foreign debt obligations which at the IATA Clearing House stood at US$42 million, among others.”

The devil manipulates nature, if u read the Bible and some studies you would find out that the devil was thrown out of heaven due to his disobedience and when he fell he took with him about 1third of the angels and they became demons. Now the devil rules the earth, hence the need for the second coming of christ.
Devil and his demons has so much manipulated human beings that the devil had made people worship all sort of things (gods). This doesn't make them GOD. HENCE the numerous gods we have today. They are all manipulations of the devil. The devil craves worship, he wants to be worshipped like God but I bet if he comes in his true form and character, nobody would worship him so he disguises in form of sango, Amadioha, e. t. c and does "good" and people worship hereby decieving people

Even Jesus tells us that we should be beware that Satan can come in form of an angel of light.

Don't be deceived all this other gods are not God. The human mind loves to work and so the the need to create this things. But in the spiritual anything we attach any form of worship to becomes a god. Humans started attaching worship to stones, birds and the devil sees this as an opportunity to be worshipped.

Christian origin stated from the roman empire spread down to the geeks and spread further in Europe. So don't u think it's only normal for the white men to have brought us Christianity.
Though their motives were not pure. But christ sees this as an opportunity to reach out to the black men who were busy worshipping stones and rocks.

HINT/CAUTION: The funny part is that they have deviced a means of sending these messages inform of an alert, where your phone asks you to click Yes or No.

If you mistakenly click Yes, you're on your own.
There was a time my phone was switched off for a day and an half due to bad battery, on purchasing a new one, i immediately plugged my phone and switched it on.:...
Almost immediately, messages started trooping in, and i was already getting afraid lest my phone vibrate and sing to death lol.

Messages like: Send 0260077 to 4100 to prophecy new things to your callers with callertunez... How can i prophecy when i'm not even a pastor, i quickly delete am before i do mistake, prophecy for person say him go receive gift of car and at the end e no Receive.

Please dont bother calling their customer careline, after you wait for like 10mins(not surprising since perhaps 50 thousand other disturbed peeps are calling for same reason) if they enventually pick up, and you're done complaining.
Please have it at the back of your mind that:

1. Nothing will be done... Yes absolutely nothing will be done, the care agent would even look for ways to put the blame on you

2. I've noticed Calling them to complain of constant promo messages, automatically adds your phone number to their number one customers to receive it.... Yeah more like a TO DO LIST.....
I once complained, the agent assured me that everything is fine now, it didnt get up to 2mins later, i received another pointless message. I just shaked my head....
