For those that dont know. This flyover project was started by the former Governor of the state (Chief Ikedi Ohakim). It was started in 2011 and the locations are at Egbeada Housing junction and at Orji leading to Bishop's Court. It was almost nearing completion before he was voted out in his second election.
Since then, and more than 4 years, this present administration has done nothing about it. It will be unfair if one says that this flyover was started and nearing its completion by Rochas (like I saw in the posts above).
