Either as a Company or an individual.
As far as the IP is detected to be from Nigeria, then u cant operate Paypal successfully in Nigeria.
Why go for a service with limitation and has categorically banned your country from using their service.
As for me, LR has bn better n cheaper in funding and acquiring.
I ve never tried venturing into Paypal and i ve made reasonable money with sales of LR.
There is nothing Spectacular abt Paypal

Foreign Affairs‘kicked Out’ Of Saudi Arabia, Deleted From Facebook For Being Too Handsome by souleymon(op): 1:06pm On May 08, 2013
Read it here https://www.nairaland.com/1268646/deported-saudi-arabia-being-too-handsome/1

A man who was reportedly kicked out of Saudi Arabia for being too good looking has continued to be plagued by his handsomeness after he was also apparently kicked off Facebook.

Omar Borkan Al Gala gained notoriety after reports emerged he had been told to leave the Middle Eastern country because he was too sexy.

It now seems his allure may also be too strong for Facebook as he was apparently dumped from his community page.

He had amassed 790,000 followers on the site but the page has now been replaced with a message stating: ‘Sorry this page isn’t available.

‘The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.’

WebmastersRe: Ladun Liadi's Blog's Been Hacked!!!!!!!! by souleymon(m): 10:26am On Apr 25, 2013
EasyNaija.com:
Says the dude who doesn't know the true meaning of the word "Hack".

First, which slowpoke would use password as their actual password?
Secondly, stealing someone's password and formally logging into their account is not hacking, it means that person was not creative enough and someone correctly guessed their password and stole their admin account.

Hacking is writing malicious code intended to break into someone's computer, database, or file storage space using techniques like shell execution, sql injection, e.t.c. This is mostly directed at the host and on the server where the actual files and database are stored.

Even if someone stole your blogger password... wait a sec. What do we login to blogger with? Gmail account... So it's something google can solve easily.

And good luck to anyone trying to hack into a server.
And that was how i was able to solve mine back then

PhonesReasons Why Saka Port To MTN by souleymon(op): 6:05pm On Apr 24, 2013
http://kennybrandmuse..co.uk/2013/04/mtn-vs-etisalat-who-really-ported-our.html

we must also quickly correct the impression that the ‘funny’ man was looking for money, hence porting to MTN. While it is a fact that all of us on this planet would want to be better paid for our talent, I know personally, that Saka gave his very best to us on etisalat’s campaign. He was not signed on a contract. He was paid like any other 3-month model arrangement. He was not paid the proverbial gbem. For the brand then, it was more of a tactical usage. He didn’t fit their typical advertising look and feel. Remember etisalat is the hip, classy and swag brand. Like I said earlier, we must credit them to have approved of the Saka idea in the first place. Although it was beginning to look like this was a devise that etisalat could own, going by the results it generated, Saka was treated like any other cast. I am very sure Banky W got more handsomely paid than our beloved Saka.

TV/MoviesPortable Transfer: MTN Signs Saka From Etisalat, Thats Upgrading by souleymon(op): 4:32pm On Apr 23, 2013
http://omojuwa.com/2013/04/portable-transfer-mtn-signs-saka-from-mtn-omojuwa/

The battle for the attention of Nigerian mobile subscribers has taken a new leap as MTN went bullish with this ad. Mobile Number Portability will almost be a battle between the brand with the biggest subscriber base (MTN) and that with the lowest (Etisalat). MTN who apparently identified this early enough have been having a direct go at Etisalat. If you’ve missed out on the ads guiding consumers on how to move from Etisalat for example MTN has since raised the ante. This advert portraying arguably Etisalat’s most recognisable brand ambassador, Saka (Hafiz Oyetoro) as one of the first to move to MTN certainly narrows down the MNP battle to the two brands.

Car TalkRe: Car Thieves Gone Digital! by souleymon(m): 11:34am On Apr 09, 2013
kayalla: I locked my car As I walked away I heard my car door unlock''.I went back and locked my car again three times. Each time, as soon as I started to walk away, I could hear it unlock again!! Naturally alarmed, I looked around and there were two men sitting in a car next to the Store. They were obviously watching me intently, and there seemed no doubt they were somehow involved in this very weird situation. I quickly abandoned my errand, jumped into my car and sped away. I went straight to the police station, told them what had happened, and found out I was part of a new, and very successful, scheme being used to gain entry into parked cars. Two weeks later, my friend's son had a similar experience...

While traveling, he stopped at a motorway service area to use the toilet. When he came out to his car less than 5 minutes later, someone had managed to get into his car and had stolen his mobile phone, laptop computer, sat-nav, briefcase and other belongings. He called the police and since there were no signs of his car having been broken into, the police told him he had probably been a victim of the latest robbery tactic – there is a device that robbers are using now to clone your security code when you lock your doors on your car using your remote locking device. They sit a distance away and watch for their next victim. They know you are going inside the Store, restaurant, or whatever and that they now have a few minutes to steal and run.*

This is very real. Be aware of what you just read and pls pass this information. Thanks

rufaai: First of all, i am not in any way affiliated with this company but i would like to highligh some key things for you.

1) Facebook page might not be their primary support desk or even a convenient way to give customer support. You should stick to their support portal.

2) If you have been hosting with them for a while now, you may want to take a look at your past records with them before you take a decission. If the server is down, be sure they have hundreds of clients to answer to on this issue aswell which could be unsual for their support staff.

3) Nairaland might not be of help to you specifically, try to sort out with them. Ask them what the problem is and how fast will they restore you.

If it takes longer than you can tolorate, then you can switch host. But it could be just a temporary issue you know.

If you are swiching, you may consider these hosts:

At GigaLayer we can offer you efforless migration of all your accounts, settings, databases & emails for free and 6 months additional hosting to compensate your lost time at Web4Africa.

PoliticsPlease Save Victoria Ordu And Ihuoma Amadi by souleymon(op): 3:57pm On Mar 27, 2013
The news media in Canada has been awash with the reports since June 2012 when
the two University of Regina students took refuge in a church hoping that
the Canadian authorities will forgive them for working in Walmart for two weeks.
The issue here is that the student visa they carry permits them to work on
campus but not outside. The students have in their various interviews stated
that they stopped the Walmart jobs immediately they became aware of the restriction.
But the Canada authorities have simply refused to budge.
