Please make me understand cause I don't understand how Nigerian cities will rank more than more developed cities
It means an urban area intensely developed for housing, commerce, industry, etc.

The second Niger bridge being built will serve Kano abi? Why are you guys so greedy?

Even if everything is given to you guys, you will still complain and murmur. I just tire for Una matter.

The Buhari you guys hate is the one making second Niger bridge possible which will open up onitsha more. omo you guys are heartless
Was that the reason you guys inflated Kano population.

Imagine the Onitsha they love to hate is far more populated than their beloved kano cheesy

Kaduna own even shock me pass, imagine Aba just being 400k people less than Kaduna. shocked

Keep inflating your population, greedy and heartles people grin

Travel / Nigeria's Largest Built-up Urban Areas In 2021 - Demographia by SouthEastFacts: 8:54am On Jun 14, 2021
Demographia recently released the largest built-up urban area in the world for 2021. Here's how Nigeria's top 15 cities compare with the rest of the world and their estimated population.

Lagos

Position in Nigeria: 1
Position in the World: 20
Estimated Population: 15.5 million

Onitsha

Position in Nigeria: 2
Position in the World: 64
Estimated Population: 6.9 million

Kano

Position in Nigeria: 3
Position in the World: 105
Estimated Population: 4.6 million

Note: we could clearly see that both Lagos and Onitsha are more populated than Kano according to international estimates.

Ibadan

Position in Nigeria: 4
Position in the World: 141
Estimated Population: 3.7 million

Abuja

Position in Nigeria: 5
Position in the World: 152
Estimated Population: 3.5 million

Benin City

Position in Nigeria: 6
Position in the World: 287
Estimated Population: 1.9 million

Port Harcourt

Position in Nigeria: 7
Position in the World: 324
Estimated Population: 1.7 million

Kaduna

Position in Nigeria: 8
Position in the World: 331
Estimated Population: 1.6 million

Benin City and Port Harcourt are more populated than Kaduna City. It seems the North inflates its population figures.

Enugu

Position in Nigeria: 9
Position in the World: 423
Estimated Population: 1.3 million

Ilorin

Position in Nigeria: 10
Position in the World: 434
Estimated Population: 1.2 million

Aba

Position in Nigeria: 11
Position in the World: 450
Estimated Population: 1.2 million

At position 450, Aba is one of the most built-up urban cities in the world. The city is more built-up than the capital of Czech Republic Prague (464), Seville in Spain (487) and the capital of Serbia, Belgrade (491).

Warri

Position in Nigeria: 12
Position in the World: 500
Estimated Population: 1.1 million

Nsukka

Position in Nigeria: 13
Position in the World: 536
Estimated Population: 995k

Nsukka is a village in Enugu and home to the Univeristy of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN).

Maidugari

Position in Nigeria: 14
Position in the World: 594
Estimated Population: 879k

Despite being war-torn, Maiduguri is one of the most built-up urban in Nigeria. Impressive!!!

Jos

Position in Nigeria: 15
Position in the World: 602
Estimated Population: 867

Next time you want to insult your country, just know that Lagos ad Onitsha are more built-up than these heavy-weight global cities;

1. Dubai
2. Madrid
3. Singapore
4. Accra
5. Milan
6. Barcelona
7. Cape Town
8. Kuwait City (capital of Kuwait)
9. Detroit
10. Athens
11. Rome
12. Manchester City

We are still crying about Ebonyi massacre. Though I blame yorubas for bringing that fool into power, we ALL have a bigger threat to deal with now and they are FULANI TERRORISTS and their yoruba moslem sympathizers.

God forgive me the way i hate those people ehn even myself can tell why I just hate Igbo people naturally angry
You are a northern. It's natural for you guys to hate.

The first time I entered the North, I was scammed three times back-to-back because I don't understand Hausa. The first was in Zaria and the second and third were in Katsina. The last guy even threatened to dagger me.

The first three northern drivers I met in my life SCAMMED ME.

On my way back to the East, an Igbo driver carried me from Katsina to Kaduna without collecting One Naira when he found I am Igbo. He found another Igbo taxi driver that drove to the airport.

Your hatred has nothing to do with business, but the primordial hatred an average northern has for Igbos.

You hate us, we hate you too.

So in response to my calls for peace and due process, you respond with blanket threats against Fulani?

This is unfortunate, very unfortunate. But, if you want war with the Fulani be sur that there is no monopoly on violence. When the Fulani man starts, he only stops at victory. Let's live in peace, and allow the security agents to do their work. Jungle justice will not bode well for the SW, as anyone can behave as if they are in the jungle. Let's be civilized as we both have a long history of civilization.

Lastly, if Fulani are the monsters you say they are, why are there no court cases where the Fulani are the defendant(s)? This is evidence that many of thee crimes are not committed by Fulani, but are local communal clashes but blamed on Fulani.

Let's all respect ourselves.

When the time comes, Fulanis will learn a lesson they will never forget in their miserable lives.

How did the Igbos in general received threat? Is it the entire Igbo that; 1. "Attacking critical national infrastructure", 2. "Want the destruction of the system" 3. "Attacking series of INEC facilities" 4. "Are bent on destroying our country by promoting crime and insurrection" and 5. "Are misbehaving".
These were the mentions of the President in his tweet and these were the specific people he was referring to. These are the people that he intends to speak the obvious language they understand with.
Imagine an outside comes to your house and tells your "head of the family". If you are not a prodigal child, will you say it doesn't concern you because it wasn't you it was directed to? The head of state should be seen in this regard.
Fulanis have been attacking things more critical than critical national infrastructures.

But NO, it's Igbos they are more concerned about.

We are waiting for the war. This is 2021 not 1967.

NaijirianKing:
My brother.

If you take time to understand the Fulani man you will know the Fulani man. Before the Fulani settles anywhere he will first have cattle graze the place in order to understand the landscape, this is why you will see Fulani sleeping in the bush with cattle, this is to gauge the land to see if anyone has a claim. If no one comes to ask them to leave they know that this land is open land as an owner would not allow cows and strangers to be sleeping there. Common sense.

Once it becomes apparent that no one has come to claim the land, a more permanent structure will be setup and others will know that they too can setup. Once the men have setup, women and children can then begin to show up, and a thriving community can emerge. So to say that they are taking people's land is simply not true.

The problem is that only one side is discussed online, many northerners are not in these spaces to educate Nigerians on all these things.

We need more understanding in this country. Please stop allowing propaganda from those who want to break our nation, we are brothers and we all can live in any part of this country.

Also, the Fulani man is a global man, anywhere he goes and it is good, will be home. The Fulani is detribalized and one of the most tolerant of other's cultures, to the point where Fulani will even leave their mother tongue and use the language of the host communities. Fulani believe in becoming "one" with the hosts.

So, many Fulani came into the country from Sahel not looking for housing but land to call their own. This is why some occupy the bush, because from there they will be left alone to develop and create a community far enough away from the indigenes in order to not cause trouble. Fulani are peace loving.

This is why the bush is important, it is free of population and fertile, so we can create new communities. However, recently these communities have come under attack and Fulani have been retaliating. All the Fulani want is to be left alone, and for peace to reign.

Lastly, those land were unoccupied, no one cared about them until Fulani began to settle them, then all of a sudden tribalism reared its ugly head. If they were Yoruba they wouldn't have been bothered. But simply due to the mere fact that they are Fulani, they are public enemy number one.

This is not right, and we cannot continue like this. The goat cannot be pushed to the wall. Let's seek peace and allow everyone to live, work and establish themselves in the way they see best.
