Ishilove:
Your husband died intestate, it seems. However, you have more claim to his property than his first child because her mother was never legally married to your late husband. I believe a property lawyer can throw more light on this. If you try to reason with her and she remains adamant, sue her greedy ass to court let's see who wins. Sometimes you have to put aside gentility so that human beings don't walk all over you.

By hierarchy of persons entitled to the estate of a decease the wife comes first before the children.

Biglittlelois:
Bassey is so good at defense.

bennybuhari:

Anny69:
Okay. The topic is misleading, that's not what happened in the video. She's stated she's not a practicing lawyer, and she's not affiliated with any bar or what's it called. She's just focusing on her entertainment career; she's a rapper and a model. She also made it clear to people that those accounts on X aren't hers, she's never been on Twitter.

Don't be quick to judge, Oga lawyer.

Okay, thank you for shedding more light. I don’t trust people is left for NBA to verify those facts she stated.

Anny69:
The video the op posted.

Okay, in all honest I didn’t bother to,because I have seen couple of her pictures on Twitter, i May sound biased due to my opinion you just have to blame it on upbringing.

Anny69:
You didn't watch the video, did you?

Which of those videos are you taking about here?

Kobojunkiee:
You are kidding, right?

No I am not. The whole Boeing thing is synonymous to occultism

Kobojunkiee:
You must be seriously joking! Ever seen the movie Erin Brokovich?

No I have not.

Kobojunkiee:
Na cult you dey describe so.

Lol, legal profession has some elements of occultism in it if you observe wella

IamtheTruth1:
No wonder some lawyers get bald hair. Hunger don deal with them. So, I have a profession but I can’t tell the world how good I am with my profession?

Meaning one must attach to a well know Law Firm until he makes his name?

Modern day slavery.

yes, that’s the idea behind the profession you learn the ropes of the profession before standing on your feet.
It’s just like the process of a new-born learning how to walk.

Kobojunkie:
Her conduct as an individual or her conduct during work hours as a lawyer?

Her conduct as an individual speaks volumes of how people will see her as a lawyer.

Kobojunkie:
It's her body and her business, not yours. Mind your own life and body. Simple! Her body does not belong to the legal profession, neither does it belong to the public. The legal profession, the public included, should not be telling her what she can or can't do with her own body.

But her conduct does. We can go on and on about this issue, I wish her the very best.

Kobojunkiee:
Then the NBA should go suspend those ones before opening its mouth about this gal's private life abeg! Imagine.....

Lets call a spade a spade, why showcase nudity to that level what type of modelling is that, what notion do you want the public to have about the prestigious legal profession. Fit and Proper!

Nemesis0147:
oga she is not a practicing lawyer..
She must have the certificate….you guys don’t have anything on her

I disagree she has a case to answer.

Kobojunkiee:
Huh? You are kidding, right? Are you saying all those lawyers who advertise on TV and solicit on Radio do so against the NBA?

Yes they are, infact they could be suspended for that or their license be withdrawn outrightly.

werisetogether:
Thanks for sharing

Just curious though: how do you legal professionals market your services to get new clients?

It is prohibited by the rules of professional conduct.

Rule 39 prohibits advertisement and soliciting for clients.

Techmac00:
Just checking in. It's all good 😊

Okay. Give me a bit more time.

What most of us fail to understand is sexy baddie lawyer acts amounts to misconduct with the status of a legal practitioner, she made the mistake of posing as a lawyer in one of her numerous pictures, and hey it may just be her marketing strategy into stardom but watch it lead to her kissing her legal career goodbye.

Techmac00:

Want to find out if you are still interested?

I will buy it, but if you are in dire need of selling it please proceed. I will definitely reach out when I am fully ready.

Techmac00:
