You don't get it, the land that belonged/sold to landmark is untouched, because the area between them and the water was inhabited, they decided to use it as an extension, it happens everywhere, market, shops do the same, but once the owner wants to use the land, you have to move.

Those that have been to beach resort can atest to this, even though the government allowed you to use it, doesn't mean it automatically belongs to you.
