Those are the kind of things we need right now. As they're building isolation centers they should also build research centers. The man try shaa |

CanadaOrBust: But TOTALLY shutting down the economy is not the answer - till when? Till a vaccine is found? That’s at least a year from now! Also we should pay some attention to the numbers. Lagos had her first case a week b4 NYC and her first death a week after NYC. Both have high population density. YET, just yesterday alone 779 people died in NY while the entire Nig has less than 10 deaths total. If we can figure out WHY we would have solved the riddle of this virus. SOMETHING saved us. The question is WHAT? Lalasticlala, tell Seun I think Ecuador sort of, kind of puts his cold weather theory in doubt. Yeah you have a point. The best thing right now is figuring out what's stopping the virus from spreading so fast here, maybe some temporary solutions can come out from there. Pls pardon my stupidity and ignorance (my brain must have gone offline) but where's the facility that this research will be conducted and who exactly is/are going to conduct it? It can't be done in just any lab, it's a virus that can spread even more from the lab if anything goes wrong. |

CanadaOrBust: Thanks man, ‘preciate. My experience actually dovetails Seun’s thesis that the country should open back up but with strong restrictions - no handshakes, no hugging of any kind, everyone must wear facemasks, social distancing, no large crowds, hand sanitizer dispensaries everywhere, etc. Totally shutting down the economy may end up producing more casualties than Coro ever would have. I swear man. People are struggling right now, they could barely eat 3 square meals. The prices of basic goods have doubled. But even with the lockdown people are still going out, how do you think they're going to abide to those rules of no handshakes, no hugging and wearing facemask? Nigerians are stubborn. |

Wow you just blew my mind with the entire narrative. Your school is really great. On a normal day (without COVID-19 ) How's your schedule? Like do you have many classes or longer classes, doing other school stuffs and then closing late? I heard it's not tough over there like other countries though. |

CanadaOrBust: There are people who devote their entire lives to the study of these things. Some lose their lives. They are also the ones that’d ultimately find a vaccine.
It is lack of historical perspective that have u thinking conspiracy. This happens about once every century. The last one (1918-20) claimed about 90m lives. Finding the vaccine, that's exactly what we want them to do. So the last one lasted for two years, this one better leave early. Though I personally don't always trust all these history stories but if at all it happened 90m lives was too much a price. |

MrBrownJay1: we are just pawn in this game they are playing... and this is not the only books/people who have talked about such scenario YEARS AGO. this is no coincidence, their plan was just put in motion and we have yet to see the end of it.
here is the end of the paragraph....CHILLING!
it would take weeks for laboratories to provide final test results confirming the existence of the disease that could mutate into a pandemic. in the meantime, outbreaks would be reported in cities in South East Asia. Despite restrictions limiting international travel, travelers with little or no symptoms could transport the virus to other continents.
the infected would be more and more numerous, new cases appearing every month. the absence of an effective vaccine or immunity in the rest of the world would expose populations to contagion. in the worst case scenario, it would be ten to several hundred million westerners that would be infected with this disease, and the dead would number in the tens of millions. in the rest of the world, the degradation of vital infrastructure and economic losses on a global scale would lead to the infection of a third of the world's population and the death of hundreds of million of human beings. Exactly as it was predicted The death rate is even increasing in other countries than where it all started. Which was part of their plan of course. |

So many theories proving that this virus is man made. If it's natural or whatever then why did it had to start from one particular city before spreading, why not different locations at the same time? The scientists should just stop researching where it came from and start searching for the cure. That's the way forward. They're just trying to confuse us while they carry out their sinister plans which only God knows. We will survive it. |

THE POSSIBLE LAUNCH OF A WORLD PANDEMIC Honestly I'm kind of confused. It matches everything that was written years ago. The name, the narrative of how it will happen and everything. Sh!t is hitting me hard I swear |

This whole argument was unnecessary. The minister said what every country should say in a situation like this. However he said it matters less. You should see what this virus is doing to people, people are dying, others are being separated from their families. It's enough for someone to be arrogant, don't fvcking come to our country and we will stay put in ours. The ego is needed to save lives. If every country can do that then the virus won't spread. Think about that. I stand to be corrected though |

I too feel LA is overated, Atlanta is fast becoming home of celebrities these days, everyone be moving out of LA Yeah Atlanta is growing fast but LA still remain the hot spot for celebs though. And they mostly get killed there. Oh, Miami has nice weather too and less homicide |
