McGregor to overtake Ronaldo in Forbes list after earning £77m against Mayweather 2017/08/30 06:32:06dailypost.ng UFC lightweight champion, Conor McGregor, will rise above Cristiano Ronaldo in the latest Forbes rich list for athletes, after earning over £77m in his knockout defeat against Floyd Mayweather. The list is calculated by adding together salaries, bonuses and endorsements, which include sponsorships and appearance fees. McGregor was stopped in the 10th round in Las Vegas, but was guaranteed to benefit from the record-breaking hype that generated up to £500m. Ronaldo topped the list this year with earning of £71m, but the Real Madrid star will drop down after McGregor career-high pay day. “You [Ronaldo] were number one on the Forbes list, I was like number 35 or something,” McGregor said in a meeting last year. “I’ll get up. Maybe next year I’ll get you.” Ronaldo had replied: “I don’t think so”. Despite overtaking Ronaldo, McGregor will not become number one, with Mayweather’s £233m purse putting him back atop of sport’s money-makers. Cc lalasticlala seun

The tips up there won't always work. Best advice is.. Eat whatever you want in whatever proportion you desire but workout regularly. Recommended workouts are high activity ones like road runs, at least 15km every week. Visit thebraveminds..com for more |

Mznaett:no I don't. do you want to take me there? |
Since everybody is going to die eventually, why do people get emotional each time they think they are going to die. I have watched people cry and beg on social media especially, each time they contract a terminal illness or disease and I wonder because if you do not die now you'll die later.

I am a graduate of Microbiology who hasn't found a job yet. It's true that Microbiology is related to so many other science courses, which should make it easier to get a job but the situation in the country has put everyone on the same level. |
Perhaps you are finding it difficult getting the motivation to keep fit. Perhaps you want to build muscle or lose weight, but you just find it hard to begin. You are not alone on this. Going to the gym regularly or doing regular weekend roadwork is difficult for most people and require a lot of determination and dedication. FINDING MOTIVATION There are many lot of ways to make exercise a part of your daily or weekly routine. The most effective ways are to determine, keep it simple, enjoy it and invest your time to it. In the long run, you might find out that one or more of these attitudes are enough to make workout a habit for you. Follow the tips below to make exercising a habit. 1. Start simple Most of the time, people get interested in exercise but they are not so sure on how to start. This is where the first rule comes in. Workouts that are complex or too hard or require a lot of equipments are major setbacks for people who want to begin working out. You should ignore such workouts and pay more attention to exercises that you can do without a gym and on your own. Such exercises include biking, bodyweight training and yoga. These workouts require no equipment and bodyweight training, in fact yoga do not even require shoes. These body weight trainings include jumping jacks, lunges, squats and push ups. They can be done inside or outside of your home. Instead of going to a yoga class or gym, you can follow a yoga workout on the internet or go outside for a jog. 2. Set a target Working out because you want to lose weight or gain muscle is a great idea but there is a few limitations to that. Instead of focusing on just building muscles, focus on going to the gym a certain number of times in week, running longer distances or lift heavier squats. This will not only yield results much quicker but also help you improve. 3. Find your passion Look for a workout or exercise that you always look forward to doing, enjoy doing and that makes you feel good. That is likely your active passion. It is something that overtime becomes a part of your lifestyle. So much that you make your workout decisions around them. It is what you have in your mind when you wake up in the morning and soon get out of the door to go and do it. That active passion could be weightlifting, running, biking, playing football, martial arts etc. 4. Make friends of like passion Finding a partner who is also passionate about keeping fit will help you reach your fitness goals. It will help you workout longer, more frequently, more intensely and help you enjoy your workouts. One way to make an active person a friend is to walk up to him/her and ask them if you can join them when they go for a run or go to the gym. They could be that push that you just need. But if you do not know an active person, you could look for one of your friends or family members who is also looking to keep fit so that the two of you can workout together and motivate one another. 5. Join a fitness class An alternative to looking for an active partner is to join a fitness class. There, you can meet new people who will give you all the motivation you need and build an active network. One good thing about these classes is that you do not need think about or program your workout. Just come around and a fitness trainer will tell you what to do. Such classes will motivate you and challenge you to improve. Fitness classes hold great benefits but some financial investment is always required. These investments come in form of paying for each class you attend or signing a membership form. WHAT MORE? Although exercise comes with a truckload of benefits, exercise alone cannot give you that body or form you wish for. Nutrition makes the greatest impact in a quest to losing weight or building muscles. If you want to lose to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you eat and in building muscles without getting fat, you have to watch what you eat and how much you eat. You will also want to manage stress, habits and catch enough sleep. All of this factors work hand-in-hand to make a healthier and fitter you. You can reach that fitness goal and get that desired body!
