In the case of imo state, the supreme court judgements was based on the fact that INEC UNLAWFULLY excluded results from 388 polling units whose votes when added gives APC and hope uzodimma majority of the votes cast in the election .
The problem in OBI'S case is that even if he can prove that he has majority of votes count, he still does not meet the constitutional requirements of spread in 24 states.
