Dumb govt , this agreement has been since 2009 ,am sure they must have written dozens of letters but nonchallant govternment wont pay an iota of attention to them even months after they strike there would still be some slow flux from the government

9icetoo: yes they are islamic states where the leaders seem to wield endless or unchecked powers until they were ousted (applies to our Governors in this country). If we can remind them every now and again that they are there to do our biddings and not theirs, we would be a better country. I wasn't refering to the central power (FG), I was refering to the states. They are mostly autonomous of the federal and yet we complain about the federal when thigs aren't going right instead of looking squarely at the Governors and local government chairmen.
If you are firmly conversant with the Nigeria's polity and laws you would see why most people are botherer about the FG ,there is something called exclusive, concurrent, residual division of dutie(power) when you know things under these dichotomies you would understand why the FG is the target of most critics ,just like you wont confront ur mom bou ur school fess but your dad only if your not scared of ur dad n he is not late

TechyGuy: Actually, he's done and dusted. Even if he eventually begs to remain in PDP, he will never be trusted again.
The point is do you think he wants to remain there? The mistake most ignorant Nigerians make is ,they think a politician's fate is in the hands of the party rather its the citizens that vote not the party. Ameachi needs the people's trust not the party's trust(PDP)!
Politics › Re: Soldiers Withdrawn From Amaechi's Governor's Lodge by spenca: 8:45am On Jul 11, 2013
Anniettie ufia: I view the withdrawal as a wise precautious step,
* 'coz allowing soldiers with functional APC being well equipped could be a danger,
* Owing to the level of irateNess of Rivers youth, anything can happen,
* only TearGas was administered by the police & we are hearing serious uproar from the public talkless of a single strike of a revolver or an AK-47.
* it was a right STEP, the soldiers can watch from a distance.
People shd not see this as political though Sahara(desert) reporters may summarily paint so.
This is really a dumb post though the poster may not be dumb , to hit the nail on the head, would you rather prefer after been shot n passed out(dead) then a doctore prescribes you drugs ? Common! Should it be after bullets are fired n people dead n injured then we should start clamoring n protesting although very minimal now

TechyGuy: Little wonder that 99% of Amaechi's supporters here are ACN/CPC.
Hope y'all will still support him when he finally buckles and reconciles with PDP?
You mean when PDP reconciles with him right?

9icetoo: So you think it is a game? They are playing with your future and you think it is a game. Nigeria is really in trouble. Get off ur ass and go and do something meaningul with ur life. Egypt has overthrown two presidents, Lybia has, Tunisia forced changes, other countries are demanding changes and u r here talking of politics as a game! I weep for my country. One day, u will be at the receiving end of brutality from Amchis thugs (timariv, police escort, trained thugs), then u will realise how unconstitutional a lot of his and Jonahs actions are. Oh by the way, that constitution needs to be reviewed seeeeeeeeriously. It still looks like a decree passed by the military regime and that stewpid immunity clause should be purged from there. It is rubbish.
Well if you are gonna be using induction rule to judge the motion of uprising it doesnt apply ere ,btw all the state you just mentioned are purly Islamic states n northern for so reason they employ a different genre of govt ,it would really be nice when we talk politics in Nigeria we keep it Nigerian rather than battle n bubble arount to cite some odds around the world n liken it to ours.
Politics › Re: Soldiers Withdrawn From Amaechi's Governor's Lodge by spenca: 8:31am On Jul 11, 2013
akpanoka: Its unfortunate that we are cracking our head over this, esspecially given the originator of d report.
Omojua is. An alarmist who has cronic hatred for this govt. He can never see anything good with the aadministration. What is d primary responsibility of d Nig army? Is it right for them to be doing VIP protection work? Must we bring gej into everything? Am waiting for that moment when nigerians will say Gej is d reason why their wives got pregnant
Meanwhile they've forgotten how a policeman Was kicking people for Amaechi yesterday
Letz call a spade a spade pls, wah is good to see in this administration ? When something is good no matter how bad you paint it, you can never make it bad or look evil ,the point is there is yet anything good in this administration led by cowboy

edoyad: Sunday(kpomo lips) Oliseh, please be quiet already. Keshi has contributed more to Nigerian football than you could ever do even if you lived to be two hundred years old. I didn't like your personality much as a player and many Nigerians feel that way too.
An ignorant assertion ,noin less was expected from you sire
Politics › Re: Mayhem In Rivers State House Assembly! Shame! by spenca: 9:55pm On Jul 09, 2013
this is a big farce ! Nigeria's polity is a sham n this is very much sad coz Nigerians are intellectuals
Sports › Re: Sunday Oliseh Replies Stephen Keshi! - by spenca: 9:19pm On Jul 09, 2013
ayusco: Hmmm I have gone through both keshi n oliseh post being proud men full of ego so its no suprise they would clash that said I'm mostly with keshi on this.
Oliseh said during the 90s the league was on fire which is not true as the pitches, administration, level of play etc was just as poor if not worse than the current situation.
He also said keshi has not had a steady first xi since the AFCON again not true barring two or three players missing due to injury this has been the same set of players who played through the afcon, WC Qualifiers to the confed cup. And pray tell who r d major players that keshi did not take that would have improved our performance in Brazil? Is it calamity yobo or osaze n his twitter rants?
Then he said clubs not NT make players abeg who was onazi b4 the afcon dude wasn't even a first team player now he's an absolute beast of a player. Mikel that was lethargic at best now bossing midfield against world class opponents n more like that.
Plus the way all of them r shouting home based home based you wouldn't know he also called unknown players from abroad omeruo, ogu, onazi, dike etc
Lastly all this hue n cry about our confed performance is over the top cmon this is the confed we are talking about a glorified friendly tournament. I rather we make our mistakes learn from it then come smoking hot for the 2014 WC Cameroon got to the final of the confed cup some years back does anyone remember? Exactly my point Brazil tht has won the last three confeds failed at the last two WC which cup do u think Brazilian fans would have preferred? Keshi has his failings but he hhas never fielded a player just to massage his ego any player he picks he believes can do a job for the team this approach won us the afcon after years of drought with the same players some people r clamouring to come back. By the way no be oliseh lose ball wey 10 man Italy use score against us in usa 94? Its very easy to criticise to look good
am glad u accepted the fact that keshi has his failings but for the fact that onazi became a star at afcon am sorry I don't agree with you ,better still you should have said you knew him only after afcon also about Mikel he isn't an all time game changer because he did some specials at afcon doesn't mean he is all super now. bou the state of NPL as at the 90s was at that time superb in the sense of standard ,would you compare the EPL of the 90s to that of today?i guess ur answer is no because there as been a massive development to it but that cannot be said of the NPL its either it remained the same or has degraded self so for almost 13yrs there as not been a good development. common letz call a spade a spade
Sports › Re: Sunday Oliseh Replies Stephen Keshi! - by spenca: 7:07pm On Jul 09, 2013
intelligent man with no facial paint, all from the heart, Nigerian don't just address the issue but see it as against their progress rather than a corrective measure

smartchoice: Akungba pays less than a100k I believe. And by the way what did the ACN judge sentence Bode George for?
Akungba pays between 20- 30k n you know something i learnt in economics good things dont come cheap ,btw the higher the price the lower the quantity demanded ,imagine if LASU student are to pay wah akungba students are paying ,the flood of people in the vicinity wont be accountable , also if your to amount that as a mean of wickedness or non performance by the govt of lagos state what should we say about the FG uni fees would you compare what oau is paying with lag or wah uniben is paying with ui e.t.c why didnt this ignorant and unintelligent man advice mr cowboy lower the fees these schools charge and for better education access to every citizen make it a uniform fees also so the children of the "palm oil seller" "roasted plantain seller" could get educated huh N bou his charges if you followed the court proceedings you would be aware of them if not you can go read bou it

Politics › Re: I Know Tinubu, I Know Buhari, They Cannot Mix – Bode George by spenca: 9:24am On Jul 09, 2013
This is a big farce ,i did realize that politics is now a personality attack, what might have been said here could bw truw buh am not writing this to address that issue, i wanna face the fact of the LASU that he was enphasising on ,what state uni pays less than what lasu pays ?i dont know of any that why am asking to the best of ma knowledge the least have heard is about 200+ noin less than that ,so why would this man come and spill crap with no intellegence rather than just personality attack, i could not finish reading the interview coz all i kept reading were just not worth it to me ,this people are meant to be criticizing each others idea n work rate rather these bigota come attacking personality ,if anyone must talk ,should it be bode Georgehuh Mehn this insultive to Nigerians tell us its PDP that sustained Nigeria's democracy even there are not dividends of it ? To the part of him citing the Bible ma GOd forgive him ,as a scholar of religious studies ,the Bible can be interpreted in whichever way to support idea or concept so am not amazed that he did that ,buh is he trying to tell me that those that won elections were given this position by God ,buh then why does the PDP go to court to contest election results? Then must we subscribe to this ignorantic believe by bode ,for once he was a military governor why did he tell the head of state that appointed him that God will curse him for taking over someone else' govt by coup so he wont accept the appointment ....To me this man is a very dull individual and just an oppurtunist , Oby would reject herself as a politician all because of what the likes of bode has turn politics to n make stains on all other politicians ,the game has been sooo stained and full of ignorant and unintellectual individuals like this subject called bode ....My candid advice to him is ,by putting out another's candle doesnt make your brighter buh rather makes the room darking ,people are trying to move ahead yourhere painting people black for no reason , why cant GEJ make federal unis free? Atleast they keep going no strike for a reoccouring matter, the state of the uni' are demeriting and his here attacking "LASU". At the age of 70 i expect you to be wiser sir
