Now have resigned, have written to the company several times concerning my pension deduction, but they won't reply my message, house please what can I do to make sure I get my money from them. Any legal step I can follow Gather documents showing the monthly deductions , your letter to the company , evidence of being employed by the company , account statement of your RSA and write a petition to PENCOM on your grievances. PENCOM will take it up from there , do ensure you follow up at least twice a week with pension. You might as well notify the company of your decision |
