Btw, yu have to verify from the school abt september cos i dnt think it is visible so yu wldnt loos money to late registration

Why did CDHC request for a new start date when it has been written on the admission letter that it is for fall and winter? (DEM blind or maybe yu no submit the "additional information page containing your LOGin ID"

btw, i like this their new strategy..one wldn't worry abt tuition for his/her first year.

Looks like asking people to pay tuition is a new tactic to ensure applicants actually intend on studying there.

I have been observing this thread for sometime now as a guest, and seeing how informative it is I decided to register and seek some advice.
I received admission into an undergraduate specialisation course in physics at concordia university in Montreal. I thereafter applied for the quebec acceptance certificate before submitting my application to VFS on the 28th of June 2012. My application was received on the 29th and it is going past the tenth week of my application. I initially applied for the fall start, but seeing as I would not be able to make it, I asked my student adviser to defer my admission to the winter 2013 term.
Before applying, just to prove that I had adequate financial support, I payed $5000 as an initial deposit for my tuition and then I provided proof of $40000 as financial support in bank accounts. Although I would be residing with my brother who is a permanent resident, still provided information that I had funds for boarding. My tuition is $18000, therefore I provided information to testify to the fact that I had funds for two sessions. My father and two brothers are my sponsors and I provided letters of sponsorships from all to testify to that.
I just want to seek advice and updates from people who have submitted their applications in June about the delays, because as of this moment I am yet to receive the call-up for my medicals.
Please a response would be gladly appreciated.

slamdunk99: Just arrived Toronto Pearson n received my study permit, n waitin for my connection to Vancouver........dey just asked for PP, letter n acceptance letter, nothing abt cash or financial records. I believe they know d kind of Embassy they have in Naija......Pls dont change money at the airport. Just changed hundred USD n guess wat, they gave me 79CAD......I tell the guy say I no want again but imtalk say im don print receipt already........d thing pain me eh!!!
