Been silently following this website for a while and can't even start expresiing how grateful I am to God for finding it.

I need ur advice - I gained admission into Uni of saskatchewan for the Fall 2012 semester, but didn't get my admsiSsion letter on time so I didn't end up applying to VAC until the 29th of June 2012. Which gives me a little over 2 months for visa processing. School starts first week in September ( which is just less than 2 weks away). Adly, I hve come to the conclusion that getting a medical call at this time might be a little to late. So I already called my scholl to send me a new admission letter for the January 2013 start date - I should be getting it sometime in September. My question now is - do I email CDHC to let them know my plan so I can update my file for Jan 2013 admission? And if I do, would I have to turn in a new appliction? And go through the whole process again? Has anyone being through this? I m trying to get my Jan appliation rolling so I have at least 3 to 4 months before resumption date!

amby147: This is CDHC in Nigeria, as long as u a citizen of Nigeria, CDHC has no right to persecute u in Nigeria. I think they asked u to proof that ur acc. Is not fraudlent meaning dat if u can proof it, u cud b considered, or if u can't, ur application wud be refused. They have no right to persecute u in ur home country.

pauloman: Perhaps he should go and defend himself at the embassy but claim negligence of the said act by telling them that he instructed a third party to get the document on his behalf from his bank and didnt know the fellow did such a thing. To me he has to look for a way to bail himself out of this predicament . So that even if he is going to be refused the visa,his eventual penalty would not be an outright life ban but a kind of suspension from applying for visa for a specified number of years,say 2yrs.. Just my thoughts anyway. What do you guys think?

earthgreeners: Brother I understand your case and I really feel your pains....what do u think we could do to move you on?...did they return your docs?..........@all, dis man is tryna share his pains, so dont let us see his case as that of an outcast.................lets try as much to give him d neccesary advise and support to move forward cos the deed had already been done...................

pauloman: U got a good educational and work profile that could take you to canada with ease but too bad you were looking in the wrong direction and worse off going abt it the wrongest way with your forged documents. Canada has a very generous immigration system yet they are very cautious of the kind of immigrant and non immigrants they bring into their country.

Just pray you wriggle yourself out of this one because its a tough one i must confess to you. Much as the country wants to be very generous,they are very keen on recruiting the smartest and brightest into the country and not liabilities that would corrupt their system.

How do i go about the draft?
is the amount still 19.500? which bank is the easiest to get the draft done and nearer to VAC.

I bliv once it's nt ur 1st applicatn, u shuld chnge d rules, esp in line wit y u were initially refused else u stand d chance of being refused again...it is advised dt one shuld re-apply only if certain conditions hv changed.

I did exactly same thing, so expecially the 1yr tuition fee paid and all the original copies of the coy doxs submitted. Just relax ur trv is sure, becos frm what I learnt payment of tuition fee would convince them that u re actually going there for study not to manipulate ur way to canada and turn nuisance to canadian govt. Relax my man.
