Please I need professional advice I resumed running today, I ran for a little over 30 minutes. Several hours later, I feel intense discomfort beneath my feet, kind of close to my heel. It really hurts, it affects my movement.

Now, I don't want to stop running , I can't stop. My question is, would there be further complications if I continue running? Because I am thinking the pain started because I haven't ran in a while and it is likely to subside if I continue, as my body will adjust

Please guys, what do you think?
