kemkem30: Alhamdulillah, I got 3 approval emails today (myself and 2 kids). It's been a very long process for me and I am extremely glad to finally start this PhD.

I applied on the 24th of september without my hubby. I submitted the following:
1: Consent letter (from my hubby)and evidence of why he didn't apply with us
2: birth and marriage certificates
3: family album (very detailed showing births and anniversaries)
4: my degree certificate
5: change of name
6:Bank statement
7: Evidence of Child care arrangement
8: Evidence of suitable accommodation for my kids
9: Transcript
10: fasting and prayers

jamela: I thought so as well. That would have been the ideal thing to do, but her school is notorious for taking extended long periods of time in preparing transcripts and she needs to get her offer, ATAS and CAS then apply for visa all before Jan '15. And that's why we want to know if she can just use her student copy instead of waiting months for the new main transcript.

jamela: Hello, my sister is applying from Nigeria to abt 3 schools in Uk for Msc and has been asked to forward her transcript. Now her Nigerian school wouldn't give her the main copy, they can only send it to her intended school, but she has a student copy of the one she had her school send to another Nigerian university earlier this year. Can she scan the student copy to the uk schools? Can she apply for ukba visa with the student copy?

I'm kinda worried and anxious about vfs Ikeja runz. I got My approval mail on Monday and I'm hoping to collect My passport on Thursday but the current situation there is worrisome as people that got approval mail last Thursday and Friday are yet to get their passport. I've already booked My flight to London for Friday. Please What can I do? Lectures has already started in My department at UCL.
I don't know the way they handle their stuff. Please, is there any hope of me getting it on thursday? Is there a possibility My documents will arrive with the people Dat got the mail last week? I'm so worried and troubled

jidez007: I don't tink its compulsory he learns all d basics b4 he can use laravel. E.g using Post::all() will return all d posts in d database as json being d default mode and there are many other easy syntax dat can b used.
Although I won't recommend diving in without knowing d basics of php including oop.

BossLadyCEO: So I arrived Heathrow 1:45pm. Didnt get my luggage examined which got me regretting nt parking my palmoil. Any ways flew Emirates and it ws rilly smooth. The service ws 9ce. My flight had a one way stop at Dubai. Dubai intl airport is like d finest I ave ever seen. I ws rilly mesmerised. After 1hr transit time we took off for heathrow. Bt wht pissed me off ws dt it ws Emirates we were connected 2 for dubai 2 London bt one other dt I cant rilly rem. Having received Emirates service on d trip to dubai, I fell in love wit dem already and sure am a loyal customer of deirs already. And even wit 30kg luggage allowance I ws still allowed my 33kg.
chillaxing 2day at east london wit my cos, preparing 2 head 2 Leicester 2moro which by bus is said 2 be 2hrs 30mins, which got me wandering when I will stop travelling? Can I just get to Leicester already..oops...it's like it's taking 4eva 2 get 2 dmu.
