Then if I want to use the 28days one , the money must be in the account for 28days rite without any transaction prior to submission?

Then my school said october 6 is the last day for resumption? Logically wt dod u think abt my re applying and I was hopin 2 use ikeja this time?

How much was your required funds: school fees + Maintenance dues left to pay on your visa application? Did you check the Oanda rates of the day you paid for your online application to see if the sums of all accounts actually match up with required funds to show 'by borough' when converted to GBP? Did you provide the 28 days statements of all 3 statements starting and closing on the same dates? Were these closing dates within one calendar month of your actual application? Did your 5Million account at any point drop during these 28 days count?
If you still aren't at fault frm the above, Can you post the actual statement of refusal here so that we see what it is the ECO wasn't convinced about?

HudsonBanks: Picked my passport today from VFS Abuja. Got 16 months + work & all, I call it "Full Option" Visa . Heading back to Lasgidi by noon tomorrow to pack my bag & baggages for onward movement to London next week.

The only comma is that my phone dropped and the screen smashed outside the VFS office so I'm phoneless now E pain me ehh but my "Full Option" visa cushion the effect .

Emmagency: Customer protection rights in the UK is quite impressive.. For example I bought some clothes from Marks and Spencer the other day and I really love them but it turns out that I have someone who worked there for 19 years and can get me a 30% discount off everything so she said to me "return them and we'll go later" and i was like "I can return these?" So I went back there the next day and told them i wanted to return the items and get a refund and the lady was like "okay, you've got your receipt?" And I answered 'Yes' (while she was checking the receipt, she asked "what's wrong with them sir" and I just said "nothing.. I changed my mind" and she just took them from me and gave me back my money. #Amazing

I tether up to 3 devices with my Vectone when i'm on the train. Thats the only time i get to use the data and i maximise it!

I don't think I'll be willing to shell out £30+/month for only dedicated broadband oo and I don't think Uni accommodation will even allow me install such hardware for that service. I go just jeje manage 3 UK all-you-can-eat mobile data Add-on.

netsh set hostednetwork mode=allow said=networkname key=password keyusage=persistent

Netsh start hostednetwork

And you are good to go,you can replace the networkname and passport with any variable of choice

justwise: With school network you wouldn't have admin privilege, that will be serious security flaw.

3sha4lyf: Wow. My nonsense uni had Internet in the uni accommodation but they were wired. Do you can't use them on your phone's, except of course you did something fishy, but the IT technicians would track you fast fast.

So in such a situation, I would just grab the unlimited data plan.

Jaralier: From what I know, my university doesn't allow January resumption and I can't afford to lose another year because the reason I'm applying for a visa now is because I took the year 2013/2014 off. Taking this past session off meant that my existing visa was suspended and so I had to reapply again and so I cannot afford to lose another year (making it two years off my degree). That's why I really need help right now

I was required to show £7380 in that account and the money of close to £10,000 was evidently there. I didn't attach my birth certificate though and I attached a consent letter from my father but I don't think it stated that I had access to the funds however he stated clearly that he will be the one to sponsor me. Also the account wasn't stagnant at all. It had constant transactions (both inflow and outflow) reflecting on the account. What do you advise now please?

HudsonBanks: Well this mobile network matter has been troubling me too for a bit now but here is what I plan to do; Get a sim only deal with lots of UK minutes and unlimited text and unlimited data, then use Rebtel for all my international calls. Rebtel rates to US & Canada is just $0.015 per minute(i.e 1.5cents or 3naira) and $0.069 per minute to Nigeria(i.e 6.9cents or 11.5naira). All I need is enough data to make all my calls, even in the absence of data Rebtel has an access number you can dial with your UK minutes and it connects your call without the use of data.

So with all that said, the network provider I intend going for is 3 UK with a sim only pay-as-you-go Add-on like this http://store.three.co.uk/mobile/view/searchSimOnly?tariff=112

Emmagency: Yea.. I'm quite aware of that... I've done a lot of comparison and this looks like the best option and it's a sim-only deal so I should be able to opt out whenever I choose. My question is who is currently enjoying a better deal than this and on which network guys?
