Emmagency: Hello people... Kindly help take a look at this... Been having kind of a tough time settling for a mobile plan as I require a plan that gives reasonable data as well as certain amount of minutes to Nigeria. But haven't been able to find any sha(As you cannot have it both ways; it's either a naija plan with certain amount of minutes with no data or a UK plan with data but no given minutes for naija calls).. So i stumbled upon this from Lebara for 12quids p/m:

UK minutes - 1000

UK SMS - Unlimited

Data - 2GB

Lebara to Lebara UK calls/SMS - Unlimited

Calls to naija will be charged from my PAYG account at 1p/m and 3p/m for fixed and mobile lines respectively.

Anyone enjoying a better plan than this? Because I've been stuck with O2 which I bought at Heathrow out of necessity sake and I need to switch ASAP!

Getting into a contract is something you should never rush into.

@ Justwise; I need your opinion;
My Tier 4 Visa (multiple entry) expires in January 2015 and my MSc programme ends on the 20th of this month. I want to visit Dubai for about 14 days and come back to the UK. However, as at the time i would be returning to the UK, my programme would have ended officially.
I'm processing my Dubai Tourist Visa from Nigeria. My question is; will i be allowed back into the UK given the fact that my programme would have ended by the time of my return?

No problem man. Though i am now back to Ipswich.
Even went to Coventry uni today as I just dey waka waka waka grin

Will be in Medway permanently next week

It works on my end.
And like i told you, it is at it's basic.
When you decompress that archive, you should get a style document, an html document and an images folder with the image of the map of Nigeria.

If you don't know web designing, then you cannot use what i sent to you and i told you that on time. I would advise you look for someone to do it for you.

My interview is tomorrow and i've been preparing for it with the questions i've been seeing here. The questions are thankfully similar

BUT what wasn't stated was the duration of the response. Please for those that have been granted visa how long should the average response be? Seconds? Minutes?

I already know my answer should be short and precise, but please what is too short?

Finally, what should my reply be to this question if it's asked:
What are your plans after study? Will you return home or remain in the UK?

I have plans for a masters degree after Undergraduate studies, so how should I answer this?

Nothing is too short as far as your reply answers the question asked.
They won't ask you plainly if you would return home or remain in the UK. They would just ask about your plans after studies.
Just tell them you wish to come back and establish a startup/business

Please while filing my online form, for the official sponsor question, I put my cousins name instead of mine, and for d amount contributed towards my fees, I put 9000pounds which is wrong, cos d money is in my account and I am sponsoring myself....

Please can I correct it on the appendix 8 form by leaving that place blank then writing a note to that effect

I don't understand how ur cousin got to be involved in your visa application.
And btw, you're not a sponsor i cant remember anywhere in the tier-4 visa where you fill a person's name as a sponsor, so kindly describe in detail which section is that and the questions there

Summary sheet (point scoring area)

The documents provided/held by applicant:
For possession of CAS, are these the documents I was assessed by e.g WAEC

And

For maintenance: is this my bank statement?

I thought you understood this when i answered it.
For the possession of a valid CAS or rather, for being issued a CAS, you have 30 points.
For providing evidence of having the required points, you get 10 points.

Tier-4 visa is a point based system and you're required to have 40 points to be considered for a visa

HudsonBanks: See extract from Supporting Documents Guideline below. What was specified was "Write CAS reference number", no submission of actual CAS stated.

Yeah, quite true as i just checked the guidance document.
But at all times, they would ask for your CAS while submitting the docs. Even the schools ask for your CAS document when registering.
It won't hurt you to submit it.

For the fees declaration, you can add your school fees receipt and/or a note in the additional section

Please I have a few final questions. I have all my documents put in a big envelope but I was wondering the exact format of addressing the envelope?

Below is my checklist of supporting documents in envelope;

1. Appointment Confirmation
2. Online Application Print-out
3. Appendix 8 Self-Assessment form (Filled)
4. e-Receipt for Accommodation Payment
5. 29 days Personal Bank Statement
6. Oanda Currency Converter Print-out for Application date
7. Original Degree Transcript
8. Original Degree Statement of Result
9. ATAS Certificate
10. TB Certificate
11. International Passport
12. 2 passport photos according to UKVI spec

Notice I didn't include a copy of my CAS statement as my school specifically advised that I do not submit the CAS statement with my application but should only fill in the correct CAS reference number(see an extract of my CAS statement from my school)

You need to include the CAS.
It is a requirement for tier-4 visa application.

No, they don't.
If you redeposited same day, it might not be an issue.
15k is just around £55, so for me, i won't have anything to worry about.

Right now you can only hope the exchange rate on the application date goes lower and accommodates that change or you can pay an extra £100 to your tuition fees if you haven't completed it
