This is the long term difference between the entrepreneur path and the paid employmnent path.

The entrepreneur and employee are both good at doing the job.

But the employee is hampered by his boss and management, and the ever present fear of sack.

Meanwhile the entrepreneur is learning marketing and management ..also expanding into other related areas (cement) and is getting bigger even though his beginning was not attractive.

Mr Entrepreneur ..he was hustling so hard that madam preferred Mr 9 to 5 salary earner who would come home on time and had a reliable salary..but now with coro maybe not so reliable.

My advice to op..
If you can leave that area so you and wifey wont be seeing her exes manion everyday.

Keep your job ..start a business..and start putting part of your salary and your off work hours into it.

The day the woman leader (my girl) decided to follow the guys to the farm to use the mechanical weeder.

As it can be seen, the machine is very easy to use & anybody can use it.
