The recognition you just mentioned was thrown away by a court recently. The clerk of the assembly said at no time was Ehie voted the Speaker. So in your reasoning you think a house of four members can stand and make laws in Rivers State? Fubara doesn't have a strong foundation.

First, stop lying to yourself that Wike controls PDP at national level, he doesn't.

Second, the recognition was jettisoned because Fubara had withdrawn the court cases and Edison Ehie the factional speaker had resigned. The Abuja court even said so. The question is, why did Fubara accept to withdraw court cases that gave him advantage?

Third, who is clerk of the house? A mere civil servant that could be redeployed at anytime to any other ministry? Where was he when Fubara & Edison Ehie held sway? He only found his voice again when Fubara had accepted the crooked agreement and begun implementing them.

Fourth, there was no question of four members making laws ... bla bla. Seats of the 26 members that defected to APC had been declared vacant until a fresh election conducted. In the meantime, the law recognised the four members. A Rivers high court injunction backed that position.

See, Fubara is a fool. He is now very vulnerable to Wike.

You do not know that at a time Fubara was able to obtain a Rivers high court injunction backing his own faction of the Assembly?

You do not remember that Wike's faction of the Assembly were sacked for defecting to APC when there is no crisis in PDP?

Same foolish Fubara was tricked into an agreement requiring him to discontinue all the court cases and to recognise Wike's faction of the Assembly which he has done.
