Elneny is supposed to be a backup to Cazorla due to passing ability. But Cazorla is just toooo goooood.

Ramsey remains an option in CM but plays differently from Cazorla being more direct.

Lack of wing play nearly cost us this match.

Our two wingers( Ramsey and Walcott) were both useless. They couldn't get past their first marker for once throughout the match.

The result was that we lost our width, we couldn't stretch United backline and this even gave their full backs the impetus to bomb forward.

Having a useless player like Walcott with no technical ability to wriggle through tight spaces and beat his marker is bad, but Wenger compounded our woes when he killed the other wing too by playing Ramsey, instead of Iwobi.

This Wenger Ramsey favoritism will be Arsenal undoing.

Walcott was useless throughout the first half, he had no business staying on the pitch till 60 mins, but that's exactly what Wenger did.

United is weak, yet Wenger was so tactically inept that he made them look world class. At a point, it looked like we were up against Barcelona.

Arsenal is not ever going to win a major trophy with Wenger in charge. Top managers would always out wit him.

Darmian isn't that good against tricky wingers but in the game you are referring to, he was left far too exposed by the immobility of a Carrick & Bastian pivot. I remember men pointed out the obvious here once that line up was released & it turned out a disaster.

Sanchez tho was kept in Varela's back pocket for the return & he was easily the flop of the match

Rashford will not start ahead of Martial except he's the CF, @ least that's the right setting.

Then Sanchez was playing on the RW. Sanchez made runs in between Darmian and the CB. The problem was that Darmian couldn't cope with the speed. Where the midfielders were at fault was that they failed to track those runs from midfield, leaving Darmian helpless against a marauding Sanchez.

Carrick still made your team sheet, that's the point.

Why Does Mourinho beat Wenger?

1. He has always had the better quality. Mou doesn't compromise on good, very good players.

2. Despite his quality he plays a defensive pattern against Wenger's weaker side. Wenger sees this a negative football.

3. Wenger does not compromise on attractive good attacking football that focuses on entertaining fans. Mou doesn't give a hoot.

4. Mou takes a pragmatic approach, he knows when he should settle for a draw, even if fans won't enjoy it. Wenger's dogmatic approach believes every game should be won.

5. Where referee decisions have favoured one side, Mou has always been the beneficiary.
