pickabeau1:So what position has he been playing for Arsenal since the season started? Inasmuch as we don't like Giroud lets at least speak the facts. |
IZUKWU:If not that both have also played their luck in Arsenal, people would have believed Giroud was the worst. Infact people thought Walcott was better until they saw Giroud coming in to replace him and yet doing the scoring. Giroud may have very low skill set, but he is one of the best I have seen recently in terms of positioning. That ability is more important than the former for a traditional striker. |
debosky:One ewu always asks if Giroud is the type of striker that can win you a league, I tell him 'go ask your babalawo'. |
@Adelana1 Ade my man! #TrollHard |
When a dog has an opportunity to stay in the same house with his master, he begins to see others as animals. |
Dinamo Zagreb players have been implicated for the use of performance enhancing drugs in their 2-1 win over Arsenal. No wonder! Wenger also suspects several occasions when teams may have been involved in doping when they lined up against his teams. With all these doping corruption scandals everywhere one wonders whether Chelsea players were 'clean' in their title run last season, same with Man Utd under Sir Alex. #justthinkingo |
sod09:It is really becoming disgustingly frustrating for me to engage you in any form of interaction including exchanging banters- your very low IQ. Your idiocracy is well archived on NL, and you keep loading it. You and Pickabeau usually have similar views, but while Pickabeau argues with constructive reasoning (offcourse he is better informed and more intelligent than you), you due to your inability to express yourself result to insults, insults even against people more educated and more intelligent than you. Please find your level, I am more than you. |
sod09:It's a pity every other person following this thread- fans and trolls alike understood the irony in my expressions and accepted it as humor except you. Worse still you resulted to insults. Your illiteracy is becoming a problem to us here in NL; if your hogwash brain cannot decipher what is humor, what is opinion and what is fact, may I advice you to seek academic help before posting your stupidiity to the public. I have just fooled you,... |
sod09:If I lie say so, but if what I said is true, may amadioha... In short you are forgiven... |
I wanna say a big shout-out to ma boi Olivier Giroud for making sure we did not leave Munich empty handed by paying Bayern back in their own coins and disgracing the keeper too just as they did ours. #COYG |
pickabeau1:You should consider his abilities. If Messi, Ronaldo or Lewandoski score 6goals in 11games, I would say they have lost form. But if Giroud scores 6 in 11, I would say he don try. |
pickabeau1:Mahrez on our wings will be interesting... For me I do not see much need for DM, we got enough backup- Ramsey, Flamini, Arteta even Chambers,... The way is to allow Coquelin enough rest. Any new DM will affect the team chemistry for sure. |
Fkforyou:We will need Per's experience and besides we are in Germany. Understanding what your opponents are screaming will be crucial too you know. |
pickabeau1:You may doubt Walcott but Giroud is trying, 6goals not even Rooney, Harry Kane, Bony etc |
pickabeau1:Even Jose Mourinho knows Arsene needs a striker, the question is 'who'. So far can't pick anyone within the EPL that is buyable. Vardy is hot now, but so was Danny Ings and Charlie Austin. Ighalo? He never 'reash'... Any decision will be a gamble, but if I were manager, I would take the risk. |
jodeer:No please, with all due respect. I have watched both several times this season and the last. I mean where was Schneiderlin when we beat Man Utd- on the bench, could Arsene had put Coquelin on the bench for such a crucial match? No. That settles it. By the way we are not comparing the passing abilities of Coquelin with that of Cazorla or Ramsey, it is between Coq and Schneiderlin. And with little sentiments, Coquelin > Schneiderlin at least for now. |

edi287:cc: Izukwu Due to our style of play that is building from the back, we need a highly technical player good with both feet to build up play. Ramsey and Arteta can also do that job but Santi is out of this world. He is master of it. With Coquelin at his side checking opposition and Ozil in front creating chances, Arsene developed the best midfield combo in EPL that can dominate games. We saw it vs Man Utd and vs Bayern. Now the comparison is between Coquelin and Schneiderlin, and as I mentioned before, Coquelin is better though both play for teams that keep possession. |
edi287:One is easily tempted to believe that another man's dog is better until you he transfers it to you. FYI Le Coq is a better passer, nevertheless that role is not just about passing- match reading, interceptions, tackles, man marking etc are other qualities for the role and Le Coq betters them overall. |
airmark:My point is that Mou signed Falcao to spite LvG. He did it just to prove that he is the better manager not necessarily that he wanted the guy, same with the hijacking of Pedro. |
AdeLaNa1:No because LvG > J Mou... 'Falcao' What an old man saw while sitting, his apprentice want to see while standing. |
sod09:Wetin dey worry dis one? Since Arsenal began our winning streak, you have been out of job, yet you claim to be a fan... Arsenal 3-0 Man Utd Arsenal 2-0 Bayern Watford 0-3 Arsenal Arsenal 2-1 Everton Swansea 0-3 Arsenal May all our enemies be put to shame... Amen |
AdeLaNa1:AdeNwa mmefu 1 of Manchester... More 3-0 bashings till your as.s gets sore. No worry you go soon carry belle... ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Answer this brainy question and win a trip to Stamford Bridge... Who is the 'clueless' one? A. Arsene Wenger B. Loius van Gaal C. Jurgen Klopp D. Jose Mourinho |
AdeLaNa1:AdeMuMu 1 of Manchester. ![]() Wishing you more nil-nils till season is over. Boring Boring United... |
vicenzo:You wonder why Arsene was relunctant to pay £25million for Schneiderlin or Carvalho? He has Coquelin for free! But guess what? Coquelin > Schneiderlin + Carvalho |
pickabeau1:Yeah good job from the lads. They started slow but came back in the second half to do the business. A lot of credits also go to Cech and Bellerin for preventing Swansea taking an early lead. |
pickabeau1:Don't worry Mourinho will get it... ...when he fulfils your dream of coaching Arsenal. ![]() |
Roland17:Giroud na crook... |
Who be DJ for here abeg play me its too late to apologise by Timberlake. |
pickabeau1: sod09:After I rated Mourinho below Wenger in the top 3 managers in the EPL according to Sky Sports.. |
