It can be done when we have less of all these unproductive ventures of tribal agitations, corruption, nepotism, religious bigotry and lawlessness.

The Senate under the 1999 Constitution has the right to confirm or reject Executive nominees for certain Federal Agencies. The EFCC falls into this category.

Unfortunately, the moral and integrity deficiency plaguing our Senate has made them to be seen as albatross to national development rather than as agents for enforcement of good governance.
