In the UK, the social security number is called (National insurance number) NINO. but its just the same as the previouse poster explained.

Just like the previous poster wrote, you will need to build a credit history first!
Dont bother your head about mortgage for now, cos it involves a process you cant jump, except you are buying off a house. Your priority now should be getting settled, getting a good job and paying your bills on time. Try not to drag urself into bills ur income can not support. After sometime (minimum 2yrs) depending on immigration status, with constant cash/wages going into ur account, with a permanent correspondence address, a permanet employment with annual income above a certain level, and your bills always payed (on time). You (might) be able to secure one. So be wise and save save save!

To be honest, lot of people (including my self used to) think ladies find "good boys" attractive, but its the opposite.
I was a "good boy" (induced). Cos i grew up under strict discipline/surveillance of my parents as a teenager and was raised to be one. This affected me a lot, as i could'nt keep a girlfriend throughout teen-age.

My first few relationships after teen-age ended quickly, cos i was just too available, CLINGY,predictable,soft,and nice.
I could'nt help but get rid of that bad (good boy) thing!

Romance is kissing you good morning and telling you how beautiful you are. You see these things are very basic and cheap really but they involve time and care. Ant man can buy things when he has the resources, but that does not mean he loves you, it just means he opened his wallet, big deal! But spending time with you or taking time to remember and consider you now that is real romance. When it comes to romance I would say Nigerian men are wonderful!! Yes Nigerian men really do the things I mentioned. Ladies you just need to open your minds and your eyes.

I have extremely strong reservations about pre-nups.

I believe it is better being urself (who u are inside). However one thing i have learnt in life as a young man is to continually work on my personality.

In this 21st century, you need a good personality in everything you do, work, school, ur local community e.t.c. So you may have to bend your true self a little bit to display this charateristics. But the bottom line is that you understand who you are yourself,so you dont feel like your living another life.x

The one and only way to overcome that problem, is to replace the food they are already eating with food with a much higher content of calories. But you can do even more than just changing your eating habits to improve your weight gain problems

*Metabolic Rate is the rate at which the body burns up calories. A body that consumes 2500 calories a day, and burns 2500 calories a day will stay at the same weight. A body consuming 2500 calories daily but burning only 2000 will gain weight at the rate of about 1lb a week, now think of how much sugar u will be taking in to gain just 1lb?
Increasing calorie will only have significant contribution to ur energy, its increased intake is not a healthy way of gaining weight, but a way of storing fat & pot belly!


Try to join a gym and lift some iron 2 - 3 times a week, this will build muscle mass and improve your body's ability to digest the food you are eating, which will also help you a lot to put on weight


*Lifting iron 2-3 times a day for a skinny person is simply going to lead to muscle cannibalism! simple as this, take in flesh-ad on flesh
The other alternative to the processed whey protein, is chicken.
Boil some chicken and eat as a meal on its own, frying will bring in oil (fat)which u dont want, this could be tirering but have the meal once a day for 2weeks and see how clean you feel and also some flesh coming up.

You will get all sorts of unprofessional advise,but people are only trying to help. I'm not a medical practitioner or dietitian myself, but into active excercise and all i'm going to say is based on (personal observation/knowledge & experience)

To gain weight/add flesh/pack on muscle, you need to boost your protien intake. However, the food we eat eventhough supplies protien, the body can only absorb the amount it needs to sustain itself. This is why,if you eat too much beans,meat,milk/dairy products rich in protein, u end up with constipation/stomachupset. Because the body can only absorb a little. This is where whey protien comes in, whey is a pure form of protein that can easily be digested. it has been processed, (some hydrolase,some isolate) to remove traces of fats. Which means you can boost your protein intake without side effects and without taking in fat!

Try it (for urself) and see if it works or not. but do go muching on junks,as they will give you pure fat instead and ur next thread will probably be (how do i loose fat!)
Here in the uk, a jar costs about £25-40 depending on product. But i guess it will be cheaper over there. goodluck

If he will be coming to uk, let him/family raise fund so he can start studies immediately. Am "sure" he's got one year study visa which although can later be extended. Its better he goes straight into studying while settling ortherwise, but coming afresh to raise tuition fees is not as easy as it looks, as time is fast running in this country, no jobs like it used to be, and he has to be in education to keep him legall.
