Are you saying our ancestors didn't know this before Islam and Christianity?
Visiting the fatherless and widows is what everybody should know to do from instinct to do
You don't need to belong to a group or dress a certain way or pay a certain leader to be a good person
Or that it's stupid to worship wood/stone
Even Jesus/Mohammed were a part of a tribe NOT a religion, Mohammed was not a muslim and Jesus was not a Christian
What formed after their deaths were conquering armies

efficiencie:
Religion is not bondage...it is the teachings of so called religious leaders that can put you in bondage! Any Christian, in the true sense of the word, knows what religion is according to the scriptures:

James 1: 27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Only two requirements make you a religious person. Meeting the needs of the less privileged in their troubles and keeping oneself uncorrupted by the ways of the world. All other attachments to these two major criteria are just mere traditions of men taught often, but not in all cases, by people who are either ignorant or devious! However you cannot fulfill these two criteria if you are not spiritual, particularly the second criterion, because for you to keep yourself unspotted from the world you must be a friend of GOD and being a friend of the supreme spirit implies you must be super spiritual (James 4:4  Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.)

So being religious is not the problem, the problem is being ignorant of what it means to be religious whilst claiming to be religious...and the teachers are to blame for this!

You can't pay for the truth, you can only pay for a version of the truth
Free yourself from religion, religion is control...learn from the flaws of religion
In the absence of spirituality, religion steps in

The Hausa won't admit they are totally ruled and controlled by the fulani's
All their kingship has been replaced with fulani titles, fulani's get the top jobs all over the north
Sometimes (once in a while) I pity the Hausa's because their children have been subjected to a cycle of poverty in the guise of 'islamic schools'
The moment they brought that islamic school pattern to the South West, education went down the drain

Politics › Re: 2019: Shehu Sani Lists 6 Men Who Have Integrity Like President Buhari by StaffofOrayan(m): 10:22am On May 16, 2018
Hausa muslims are the most honest people LMFAO
Is that why Northern Nigeria is the poorest region in Nigeria?
Is that why a lot of the population are beggers?
Wake the fuccckk up from your slumber!!!
Northerners are the most wicked politicians in Nigeria

SoNature:
Based on my experience, Hausa Muslims are the most honest people in Nigeria followed by the Yoruba Muslims and then northern Christians.

In the south, Deeper Life and Jehova Witness members stand out.

Anyone that didn't make my list doesn't merit my integrity rating.

Northerners are by far more honest than southerners.

Before you call me afonja, I be FBI (Full-Blooded Igbo)

APC have to keep 'telling us'
No data to show, no increase in standard of living, more people are falling into poverty
Clueless leaders

Charly will always have his way, he was born with a silver spoon and has the connections but Yanju and other fools following them will always suffer for it.

Yanju never learn from the Police teargas and arrest he suffered the last time.

Except the common man from Benue
You need new campaign rhetorics
Why don't you convince us with stats on job creation? infrastructural developments? or ANY campaign promises delivered
Enough of painting a heartless man a saint, are you not tired of the bloodletting?

sarrki:
All Nigerian politicians as it stands today only care about the financial interests

No politician aside Pmb today fights for the common man.

You may not agree with me

Even the opposition party can attest to this fact
He may not be perfect in his words

Eg The 95% statement but I can attest that he’s not like any politician in Nigeria that amass wealth true public office

I can’t vouch for any other person around him coz of the Nigerian factor of I must get rich instantly in us.

Nigeria celebrates criminals that's the short story
Look at Buhari rewarding Boko Haram with millions of Euros (they even decide the currency) LMAO

Politics › Re: Senate Can’t Summon IGP - Falana by StaffofOrayan(m): 9:29am On May 12, 2018
We need a new generation of Politicians, SAN, Police, Judges, Generals, etc
A total overhaul of the system is the only hope we have
Nigeria needs leaders that are not products of the system

aribisala0:
Actually Falana was inaccurate.

The constitution says

"expose corruption,inefficiency or waste"

“The only other occasion where a public officer can be summoned by the National Assembly is when proceedings are ongoing to expose corruption (Section 88) and when a law is being debated either with a view to amending it or to have a new law entirely.”

So the senate CAN summon the IGP, what kind of topic did the OP chose? misinformation
