probably abt 5% of the 124 will get infected, its not that easy for a woman to infect a guy but that's not the case the other way round, a woman stands the chance of getting infected 100% of the time she is exposed |
Really? i didn't realize there was any good area to reside in, are we talking in term of security and access to basic amenities like stable power supply and other fun stuff or just some fine palaces 1 km from slums? |
She definitely has the can do spirit! Go Girl!!! |
i never felt comfortable throughout my stint working in a couple of the banks, there is this sense of job insecurity all the time, they can let you go in a blink of an eye and i never even saw this coming, it's really sad and i hope and pray that most of the affected people would have a plan B. Its not the end of the world guys rather it may be an awakening to activating other dormant potentials that we all have. |
hehe its because of nicotine addiction, yeah its all about will power and readiness to quit, its hard for you to quit because you are not ready to quit yet. |
lol, yeah like someone said earlier, hunger no sabi allergy! Period. ![]() |
oops! i didn't know we have an economy to talk about , |
Does it really matter? they both have their share of good and bad attributes. |

@sonyvaio I was following your thread to figure out if you were being objective in your opinion but i realized you were just spewing the hatred you have for bank workers for whatever reason the moment i saw you used the term "arrogant bankers". Naija people and unwarranted jealousy, they go together, we never wish each other well, bad belle everywhere, tribe vs tribe, friend vs friend, boss vs subordinate even family vs family, they are always wishing each other bad luck. And what do you expect from such society, Chaos- no wonder it is what it is. |
everyone is getting tired of doing anything in Nigeria |
what about some of us that prefer some meat on the bone? a woman that has the thickness in the right places is da bomb! |
because players are good at being players! |
Its High Time!!! |
dismantle the crazy unions, let each institution decide their individual fate, they've been going on strike since my days and i belong to the ancient time, 5 yrs engineering course took me 7 yrs, then another 11 months waiting for NYSC call up, dysfunctional society, I say Break it all up including the Country!!! |
Biati de 1:what's with the Daddy and mummy crap! |
Nigeria is a failed state! we are all waiting for what will come out of the dismemberment, better or worse? Time will tell. Why are some people trying so hard to disguise the obvious. How can anyone defend this crazy country? |
Retarded Nation! Shouldn't be too long before the right thing is done, Break the cursed country into different parts and see if that may work at least. |
Nigeria!!!!! Need i say more |
;d :d |
First the money in question is being recovered back in billions, what kind of bad loan is that? Also CBN figures are still being disputed, As much as i wanted to agree with CBN that they know what they are doing and this is for the overall improvement of the financial sector, indications on ground show otherwise. This seems to be an impulsive action on the part of the CBN Governor who has been shown to be running a one man show and his actions are clearly indicative of the personality conflicts he had with most of these CEO's rather than being a professional. People on here should just chill and think with their brain for a second instead of always agreeing with the mob. I mean wake up people! these CEO's have already been judged and convicted in the court of public opinion without any benefit of trial yet! Left to many of my fellow Nigerians- The bank execs should have been hanged by now! People, what's wrong with most of you? |
RSA made a good point. Majority of Nigerian movies sux big time!except for few. long hours or rubbish, no sense behind most of the scripts.Very poor job of directing, sing one useless and valueless song for 10 minutes, I wonder how people could sit through those movies.I once had a girlfriend that does nothing but watch these retarded movies, that freaked me out. I am Nigerian and i am not interested in witches spewing lizard all the time, its getting too old, most of the endings can be predicted 1 minute into the movie, come up with something ingenious plz and bear in mind that there could be foreign audience. |
since when has it become a crime to get a credit from a bank? who decides if the credit has gone bad or not? what are the details of the credit facilities and what and what is agreed upon in case of default? with all the information coming out that CBN did not even get its figures right, how are we sure we know the real motives behind all this? Jungle justice, intimidation, same tactics the current people at EFCC have been accusing Ribadu of. Ours is a nation of hypocrites and there are enough baboons around that will always cheer. |
@Poster I doubt if the entirety of Oceanic bank staff is as bad as projected. However - most of the other banks you mentioned have similar issues, i think it's a bankwide thing and it's a reflection of the society at large. I feel your passion for the bank and i hope and pray everything works out fine. |
adaku123:i guess average salary will be what is paid whereever he/she decides to work, if it's in Nigeria then , it will be what is paid in Nigeria and if it's in the U.K, then it would be what the going pay for such is. If he seeks jobs in Nigeria , he may have a competitive edge because he studied abroad but i think that's all to it. In the U.S, he gets between $65K to $90K for his Masters. |
it's all relative, depends on the individual and the location. |
freeze their accounts so that they wont have access to legal fees to defend themselves? After CBN is already accepting that it might have made mistakes with some of the figures released. Nigeria is full of people always doing the right thing with the wrong approach. |
Congrats!!! |
I think it all comes down to individuals, each one of us hooking up with the unique one specifically made for us whether from home or from abroad as long as she/he is the right one. I know of a Nigerian dude here in Texas that angrily moved back to Nigeria leaving the wife and his kids behind because the Nigerian wife was choking the life out of him. Too much wahala!. And i know a Nigeria dude married to a white woman in same Texas and he treats her like crap and she takes it all without complaint because according to her, she will do anything and endure anything for the sake of keeping her family together. So there is no general rule, the bad ones could come from anywhere, although i tend to steer clear of AA, lol |
