Una nor dey tire for this topic, can swear I've seen 2 different threads on this same topic today alone Shoro niyen? |
She's too muscular biko Timaya sef |
A problem shared Is a problem meant for front page on Nairaland the following morning |
vizkiz:Now this is just a weird sense of reasoning, see bros one can never predict women because they are different But one fact experience has shown/proven is that a woman who truly "loves" you in the fullness of that word will remain loyal to you Your money can only take you so far with certain ladies unless of course you talking about the "night worker" babes |
Toks2008:Huh? Huh? Did you just justify cheating/betrayal? And tomorrow when them pour you hot oil you wee say all ladies are devils Nna some men sef |
This one nor just get work sha |
The day is bright, its bright and fair Oh happy day, the day of joy The day is bright, its bright and fair Oh happy day of joy MAMA JOLLOF RICE Loral nursery and primary school, chai |
yinkeys:Lols single as a stick, i have a sister and trust me i knw what the answer to such a proposal from my family will be |
dimssy:More reasons why there should be ample time for effective communication during the week since she's too busy, talking on phone to loved ones after a long day can help negate the effect of not having his time during the week cus of work |
yinkeys:You have to consider you comparing two distinctively different environments, while one gives two bleeps about such, one excels itself on morals and values which don't support such unions, I'm sure you wouldn't give out let's say your daughter or sister to a man ten yrs older than her Its all about the society we live in |
Afroconnect:I'm sorry but no matter how "busy" you are, one can easily spare at least 5minutes to check up on loved ones, 3days is too long in my opinion |
All this Alaba men wey go don clock 40 but their wife na 27 Op I'd rather you let her be and focus on someone a bit more "mature" in age biko 10yrs is just too much But hey its just my opinion and your choice to make |
This is easily the best thing I've read all year and I've read a lot probably because i have a similar experience You never can tell if it was truly lust with tope though, she seemed to genuinely love you but its you wearing the shoe but you know better And damn you have such a photographic memory |
YoungDaNaval:Lols bros you na chairman |
winniz:You also do know that Amansea houses several hostels where unizik students reside and no its not just the cow herders that reside there, stop being too defensive biko |
winniz:And what makes you think those ladies at Amansea are not igbos or have you been there before? |
MadCow1:Fair point And that's my crux with these "hardcore" biafra crusaders, they seem to think the south-east is a land filled with bread and butter and saints Never addressing key issues but rather feeding on sentimentality and propaganda, I'm all for a biafra with all the necessary issues addressed just as you've said and the important structures put in place |
winniz:Chairman stop getting all defensive, those chicks there are pure igbo babes, this thing is a common phenomenon all over the country so dnt make it seem like you are being victimised |
The biafra propagandists won't see this one, they will never criticise one of "our" own and that's wrong, I'm all for biafra as an igbo man but nna we have some very bleeped up politicians down east whose only aim is to loot for themselves and their generations unborn which begets the question, what is the difference between the average politician in the east and one in the north or west? |
Onwu ya that day Ladies these days are quite scary |
Okay that your number 4 dear, if you probe me and i tell ya why especially with the last person I'm sure they'd all leave me afterwards Its not always best wanting to "know" about the past, its best to leave it there sometimes Its a really cool write up though |
Huh? |
It was just after my junior waec and was home for the 6month long break, she was older late 20s maybe and every night she i would feel a hand on my pee pee stroking it and then proceed to straddle me for minutes and then telling me to promise not to tell anyone I remember every morning after everyone had left the house she would tell me to go get Andrews Liver Salt and lime which she would use and then proceed on another round, this happened for the duration of that holiday every night, i guess my shy nature just didn't get it I remember my mum making me go for HIV test a couple of years later when this lady was caught with a neighbour, she just knew even though i didn't tell her(God bless her soul) and i was so scared(thank God I'm clean) Its actually affected all my relationships with ladies till date, i remember my ex once asking if i was gay because i wouldn't touch her when we made out.....also dated a chick who cheated on me because i wouldn't do it with her, I'm not saying I've not done it ever since but it takes me almost months to feel comfortable enough or i do it under the influence of alcohol I'm working on myself though, though I'm scared of relationships, it never works either cus she's cheating or if she's as good as my ex, I find a way to mess it all up |
gassdon:This one well so?? |
Hehehehehehehehe Op you sure say nor be retired "night worker" you dey date so But seriously you should probably watch some porn to learn new stuff............sha dnt get addicted |
Nope but her mouth odour might ?? |
Nice concept, happy married life in advance bla bla bla BUT Which time all this one start for Nigeria kwanu? Must we just adopt every single thing we watch on tv? Nna na wa o, man go pay for pre-wedding pinshure, during wedding pinshure, and post-wedding/thanksgiving pinshure? Nna that lady beta mind ya herself to avoid stories that touch biko |
Tosyne kpele, this shidren haff derail ya thread finish |
Think I'd rather bend towards the older women folk Dated a lady a year older than i was and that period was the most peaceful, there was less drama(even though i started it sometimes to spice things up), she rarely had time for games and was fun to be with, we parted ways because we were two extremely different persons in too many ways but I'm still very fond of her The younger ones just get too many wahala bawo, I'm not saying there aren't some absolutely matured young ladies BUT they are few and far between |
I think the op is right to an extent but saying this kids are lazy is just unnecessary generalisation because its not necessarily true I remember during my teaching practise, the school didn't have any social clubs like the debate and the press e.t.c they didn't even have a library and were in their classrooms almost all throughout the day and it was we the student teachers that introduced this things to the school and the number of students we had applying for the debate society shocked us, they said the principal barely gave them time for such and all their teachers cared about was giving them books upon books to read without really allowing them opportunities to express themselves, you also find out that such traits are carried over to the universities As an English Language undergraduate, we had to read sometimes 10 novels "per course" in one semester sometimes and during exams a lecturer asks you, "In two lines, summarise the novel" and that's it mind you this might be a 200 to 400 page novel and one would barely get an A in such a course, now tell me why i would want to "kill" myself the following semester to read any novel when i know most of the lecturers only want you to in 5minutes summarise what you read......The system is just messed up, most lecturers set exams for students to "pass" and not the other way round, in my opinion even though we can agree that the reading culture has fallen, current economic situations don't really help matters too And as much as we want to blame parents for this very ugly trend, the govt also has to take a chunk of the blame, i remember my love for English Language started so early because i had some of the most devoted teachers back then especially in primary school, today though you would hardly find such, teachers are paid peanuts monthly compared to other professions and in my opinion, i don't see why a doctor should earn so much more than a teacher that's just the truth, a lot of teachers are underpaid which in turn affects their output to the children that's why they stuff these kids with so much assignments because they'd rather do that than waste so much time and energy explaining stuff and in the end get paid 30k at the end of the month now that's just disgusting I don't totally agree that the reading culture of our generation is that bad but it boils down to all sorts of factors And sidenote a lot of these folks(the older generation) screaming on this thread about how bad the reading culture is now and how easy it was in the past are also a major part of the reason why the reading culture is what it is now |
shizzy7:Fair enough today is sunday so maybe he's not on duty today |
First off the pay for teachers these days is so sickening, most private schools pay from 10k to 15k as start up pay especially in the east(that I'm sure of) even one stupid indian owned school in onitsha pays the same amount now tell me where the motivation to fully instill knowledge will come from Education is all business now,the schools are only interested in making money and keeping up the reputation of the schools Making education free as has been done in most states is commendable but when you pay a teacher peanuts for teaching over a 100 students and 2 sometimes 3 classes then there is not enough motivation, besides teaching jobs nowadays is just a stop-gap for most youths till a better offer comes up In all i think the govt have to make teaching a lot more attractive if not all you get is wack teachers all over the place, also regulation of licenses to these private schools needs to be looked into, so many miracle centres abound in this country As much as parents have their own parts to play, i honestly believe its the teachers who are responsible for shaping up a child's growth and development that's why I've focused on them |
