Anything can be built, but that site you show me is a custom made site and I could build something like that but the cost would be high

Let say id you want a .com, it would cost about nothing(only if you are setting it up yourself) but If ypu want it done with some extra features... pay me 5K I wud set it up with professional looks

if you want a custom wordpress blog and your website should be .COM then it would be nothing less than 20k because of some paid features like domain names, themes, and set up

If you want more advance feature it can range from 30k upward(e.g SEO Optimization, mobile - friendly, etc).

A blog could also cost up to 200k and above if you need more optimization and and advance layout with robust plugin
