Obi is a good person but then he should not think if he had won that things would have been better... honestly.. it would have been worse
You haven’t said anything. Your use of “would” and “would have” is a sign of someone who don’t know what he/she is saying.

What exactly is your point

Just saying it as it is. That escalator breakdown frequently and the engineers repair them. They did not start working on it because of Peter Obi, it has been happening and that is how they deal with it.

Forget stereotype and all fallacies.

Marriage has no formula. Do what Suites your home!

And don't let society shape your marriage for you. If you like live in your parents house. If you like dont.

No formula for marriage.

Romance / Re: Is This Guy's Opinion About Moses Bliss Too Extreme? by stanliwise(m): 9:45pm On Jan 25
Nazgul:
Ok so I saw this message this fellow made against Moses bliss. And I was like dude calm down. We Christians regularly ignore where Jesus said do not judge. Focus on your race and leave other people alone cos they're aren't answerable to you but God. It's sad that most Christians today prefer to monitor and judge people than actually serving God.

I see nothing wrong in hugging or holding a woman you want to marry. Jacob hugged and kissed Rebecca before meeting her father Laban for her hand in marriage, and heaven didn't fall.

Also I've noticed that more than 99% of religious people who constantly find fault and condemn others are usually worse than those they're condemning.

What do you think, was his post really necessary?

Don’t judge is not same thing as calling blue a blue. So we should see red and pretend it is gold so just we don’t make it seem like we are judging Abi?

As for the original post. That commenter is just looking for likes and comments and followers

As a Gospel preacher, some Pastors and gospel Artistes are not even supposed to know the road that lead to holding a woman's waist or Carressing a woman's butt or how to gently pull down those panties off a woman.

All those cravings supposed to be left for we the Bad guys to handle.

Romance / Re: Why Should A Woman Submit To Her Husband In This Era? by stanliwise(m): 11:20am On Jan 25
Vikinatty:
where is it written in the Bible that a should not submit. it is stated clear that " men love ur wife and women submit to ur husband" no matter what the man is the head and the woman is below him, u can't compromise the Bible. A woman was created to serve, submit, respect and honor her husband not the other way round. "so called feminist"
not everyone is a believer
Romance / Re: I Didn't Trick Her, I Gave Her 40k by stanliwise(m): 10:59am On Jan 24
Tallesty1:
You do realize that the money that I earned without your input and how I chose to spend it is completely not your business?

So why all this rage? Take it easy on yourself, son; you might just give yourself unneeded high blood pressure.

Having beggars or neighbors in need doesn't stop me from reaching out to outsiders if I have the means. Neither of them is entitled to my money. You call her a stupid girl, but the truth is that if her stupidity weighs 2.5k, yours will weigh between 2.2 and 2.3kg.

This is 2024; people reach out to those in need in other countries. You have no idea about the things I have received from people whom I do know and may never meet.

Not everybody is holed up in a snake pit like you.
You’re pathetic is all I can say. Your kind would be learn the hard way from manipulators.

Your sense of good is twisted
Romance / Re: I Didn't Trick Her, I Gave Her 40k by stanliwise(m): 7:20am On Jan 24
Tallesty1:
Very very stupid.

If I have idle 40k that I can give her for sex, I will give it to her without asking her to see me. Walk away with my dignity and respect and still receive her blessings.
The most stupid comment I have ever seen. What kind stupid blessings are you getting?

So you don’t have neighbors or beggar in your area to give. It is one stupid girl that came to stage online and decide to form poor you decide to give.

I just think you came from outside planet, a kind of weird alien I think. Wether it is the zeal to sound socially correct or what but you’re just irritating

Well to one side it looks sensible but then to another side it’s quite senseless.

I understand mini skirt but dread lock is just hair. I don’t see how it equate to having criminal mindset. Yes you see alot of pointer in that directions. That’s because it’s just a trend for bad guys. But it is not what actually make them the bad guys

She's a bad 'daughter'. Imagine going to your father's office to confront and shout at him.
Your bad character got you all the beatings.
Why are you in hiding?
Which good daughter speaks so I'll of her father in death?
Bad child .. if at all TB Joshua was your dad, his spirit will torment you.
One day one of your loved one will be in her shoes and someone will make this statement. Amen

"Whatever is hidden in the dark must come to life". People do come out and make damning allegations .... but when everything said is corroborated by multiple individuals that were present then there must be a whole lot of truth in what the person is saying. With what is coming out now ... I am becoming more interested in the cause of his sudden death ... died suddenly after learning of the upcoming exposé? What was his cause of death? What was he suffering from that he didn't go abroad for treatment? If it wasn't heart attack due to stress from being exposed .. then for me it must be suicide.

Politics / Re: Tinubu Approves ₦‎683 Billion As Intervention Fund For Tertiary Institutions by stanliwise(m): 8:30am On Jan 13
nairalanda1:
Sounds like a lot of money, but in my opinion, universites need trillions of naira per annum, not billions.

The day I realized our universites needed more money than we were thinking of was the day when Wike and polytechnic teachers took a new salary regime they had agreed on in 2013 (back when Wike was minister of state for education)..to the Salaries and Wages commision, and the SWC told them to get out.(lol).

Also, in 2013, GEJ, and his ministar of labour told ASUU that the 2009 ASUU FG agreement was not feasible as agreed...and at the end ASUU agreed to a five year spread of part of the money.

And that was when we had high oil prices above 100 dollars per barrel.

At the end , universites need far far more money. More than we think they need. But the problem is, Nigerians are not that rich to pay high school fees, and also a university degree is the only way many people have out of poverty. Better to keep the status quo, and do periodic interventions.

Trillions from where
So how about other sectors?

Hmm almost 90% of young men these days are into drugs, little wonder why someone like nairamarley has fans who defends him despite being an obvious menace to the society.

98% of nairaland men are also drug addicts, it's the reason why you see comments from the pit of hell here and you begin to wonder if these guys are actually human.
The one that shook me was when a popular moderator in politics section was defending nairamarley in one of the topics and I just shook my head.

Turn the table around, they will be praising PO writing epistle up and down on all social media pages
Their hypocrisy is really disgusting
i have not seen any of them come out and praise BAT
It is very sad

for context, i use to support PO but with the way their supporters were very hostile to the former opponents, i realized its a party of hate and i shifted my position
