we have the ones who are not guilty and completely innocent... if anyone stigmatize them then it's on the people doing it and preaching against it means not telling people to be worried about same stigma. for me it's a no no worry if someone had history of sexual assault case and wasn't guilty. there is no reason to hold any stigma whatsoever this same goes to rape victim stigmatization, people are now able to understand that the rape victim shouldn't be the one to be stigmatized and this behaviour is now having positive impact as perpetrators are now able to have second thought.

The ones with complicated case, if the stigma was about people being skeptical of what was the actual case then that is sane but having to worry because of anything else just case ones name is tied to a sex assault case without proper conviction is nothing but just lame.

Victims shouldn't worry about stigma as stigma to victim is a reality created by those who chose to stigmatize.
