Another white elephant promise, Is high time people should stop given this man attention. Last year he said he went to Dade college in Miami Florida to sign MOU to partner with Imo state colleges, how is the project fairing? He sack 10000 youths recruited by the previous administration and now he is talking of engaging youths, how is going to achieve it since he has less than two years in office.Because as far as am concern, any recruitment or youth empowerment program he will do will still take another one to two years to materialize, then it will be during election era, wont people tag it as political? Those who destroy the past cannot build the future. Rochas is worst than the previous administration. He has succeeded in withholding local government election for two years now, which he used against Ohakim and tagged it fraud, which one has he conducted, he is only using his own men to siphon local govt funds. We are watching him and his pranks in the media!

Rochas is confused, after sacking the 10000 youths employed by the previous administration, he thought it was an easy job to organize and recruit such number of people. Now he is looking for a way to engage youth right? from where? how is going to achieve it? He said the previous one was political, how is he going to do this one so that it will not be politics since he has less than two years to end his tenure? Those who destroy the past can not make the future. Rochas is clueless and lacks ideas. Last year, he said he signed a MOU with Dade college in florida, a lot of people were hailing him, how is the project fairing? people have forgotten about that one, now another elephant promise, the earlier we realize that Rochas is worst than the previous administration, the better for us. God bless Imo State!

huni_naija: Very important if you do not intend on giving birth to sicklers.. However if your genotype is AA and your partner is AS then theirs a less chance of giving birth to sickler children...

If your both AS then stay clear of each other...

I believe this topic has been discussed countless times, anyways at the end of the day its your choice or decision, if you like marry SS, as iv heard such stories like "its because she loves him?"

Which kind yeye love will possess me to marry an SS no matter how much i liked the guy before, he's got to understand... embarassed
If you are AS and your partner is AA, you can`t give birth to sickler, sickler is SS and there is no chance of giving birth to a sickler in AA+AS and AA+SS. the only thing is that if you are AA and marry AS, there is probability of giving birth to carriers which is also AS. But AS+AS have the chances of producing both SS and AS as well as AA.

planetuzor: I guess the 47man laptop have been employed by ohakim and his team to ridicule the work of the best southeastern governor Rochas... Whats in showing the world your good work via the media... Check out the Orlu and Ikigwe road and other smaller roads..Check out the freedom square, The inner village streets being tared, the pensioners who had been owed since year 2000, The Government House being rebuilt, the Ojukwu Structure etc and please note "He just got elected and imo revenue isnt like the other oil producing state - akwa iibom and port hacourt or self revenue generating state like lagos - his on a limited budget"...
You are just ignorant of what governance is all about, am not a supporter of Ohakim, but lets leave sentiments apart and face reality. ROCHAS is clueless and has no idea of what governance is. If these things you mentioned above are what you called achievement with the amount of revenue coming to Imo state monthly, then you still have a very long way to go. Ohakim conceived better ideas but Rochas has known, he is too childish, just like a child, if you ask him what will you do if given power, he will say everybody will be rich. Imo still need to find someone with better idea not a fraud star and noice maker like ROCHAS!

sirzina1: Hi Guys, A sister of mine won the DV lottery last year 1st may, but I happen to find out that her SSSCE result was not good ( she had fail in all subject) whiles she was in SHS 10 years ago but her BECE results is OK, I asked her to resit last year and she pass only one out of the six I registered her. Besides she is a Hairdresser for 6 years now and was also a good runner whiles in school and has a lot of certificates. Your advice to continue the Visa process or stop the process is much needed now.
Thank you.
What is BECE result? Whatever, my simple advice is this, if your sister`s O level is not up to 5 credit in either Waec or Neco or pobably Nabteb(not sure), She should forget about spending her money in the embassy. It is categorically stated, the minnimum qualification is High School equivalent with up to 5 Credit passes. If she rewrite her exams and made good results on a later date, she should simply fill her for so that it must match which the date in her good results as date of completion of secondary school. Don`t just try and make mistake of lets say, you finish secondary school in 2000, and your passed results bear 2006. Is better for you to fill your form that you finish in 2006 which means 2001 to 2006 for your high school. Consisitency is very important! Goodluck

Ngwakwe: At least Rochas is the only Governor that reduced his State approved security vote of N6.5B to N2.5B to help him finance his free education programme.

Multiplying N4,000,000,000 * 4 years = N16,000,000,000 he would have pocketed legally as other Governors but he choose to donate it for good governance and human development

afam4eva: Here are some people that i think can cause a change either for the better or for the worse:

1) Donald Duke: This guy was probably the first governor to seperate himself and his state from the rest of the country as far as development is concerned. He made his state capital the most talked about city in Nigeria and his tourism structures the most admired in the federation. This mind has a tourist orientation which may not be unconnected to his being a member of the grail message. I think a vote for this man is a vote for serenity and tourism.

2) Babatunde Fashola: I've been one of the people that have put this guy on his toes. This is not because i feel he has not achieved but because i feel he can do better. Prior to his ascension to the position of the number one position on Nigeria's most populous state, the state was run like a mushroom state and there was chaos and incivility but since he came in, he's proven to political students and the populace that a city like Lagos can be sane and orderly. A vote for Fashola is a vote for civility and orderliness.

3) Rochas Okorocha: Even though this man is relatively new in the governorship seat of Imo state, his body language and utterance together with what he's achieved as the pioneer of the Rochas foundation, it can be concluded that this man is someone who loves his people. he really doesn't care about anything else as long as he can fend for the people he governs. many have called him Father Christmas because of his benevolent disposition which can be seen in the way he became the first governor in Nigeria to declare free education up to the tertiary level. A vote for Rochas is a vote for the common man.

4) Buhari: I voted for this man in 2011 because i didn't see status quo written on his forehead. He's his own man and not tied to anybody or any political structure. Infact he's a Maverick. He can do and undo. He's someone that can turn Nigeria's situation for the better or for the worse. He's a no nonsense person with an authoritarian background. A vote for Buhari is a vote for the destruction of the status quo.
Man, I have not seen any reason why anyone in this century should be thinking that Rochas has administrative quality talk more of being Nigerian President. I dont think you are from Imo State, but i have seen you as someone either related to Rochas or has something personally beneficting from him. Yes Rochas is father Christmas doesn`t make him a good governor/administrator. I am from Imo state and vividly will tell you the kind of governor we have. Rochas has nothing and has no clue about what governance is. Anybody who is so myopic about the future can do exactly what Rochas is doing. Traveling to everywhere seeking cheap popularity as expenses of tax payers money, his style is too childish and shows confusion. You have your opinion but let me make this clear to you, I was among the people that supported Rochas but got disappointed when we discovered that he has no iota of what governance is all about. Is only the illitrates in my state that are supporting his administration because they are ignorant.ROCHAS IS A SHOW MAN AND NOT AN ADMINISTRATOR! Read last sunday vanguard on Orbit column and see people`s reaction about Rochas.
You better change your mindset and pray for God to give us someone who understand what leadership is all about, someone understand leadership with global mindset.

EFCC wants 21billion naira to fight corruption in 2013- This is just like when somebody is demanding #1000 to secure an item that worth #10. If I may even ask, how much has this organization accounted to the Federal government since its establishment? I think is high time some of these irrelevant agencies be scrapped. Nigeria remains a joke until the government starts telling her citizens the truth, those in position of leadership are gambling with their subjects. The worst attribute of any underdeveloped country is her inability to curtail her security challenges. Upon the amount of money being budgeted to security every year, yet Nigeria cannot stop this menace called BOKO HARAM and now they are subscribing to dialogue in Senegal. I thought GEJ said they are faceless? How can you now be dialoguing with faceless people? Kidnapping is no longer an issue because it is now a norm, I was listening to Tony Elumelu warning foreign investors to stop tarnishing Nigeria’s image, when they are the ones tarnishing their image. People are scared and unsecured of their tomorrow; you see someone finishing from the university and probably finishing NYSC becomes more scared instead of being happy, simply because he has no idea where he is going. Politicians are busy looting and saving money for their bastard generations yet to be born at the expenses of the poor masses. The thing that gives me joy is that nobody holds tomorrow, some of them end up producing nuisance, slowpoke and drug addicts who will squander all these wealth within a twinkle of an eye. Why not? When you have already told a child that life is full of luxury and you have provided everything for him and there is no need working hard.
I have never been a fan to living overseas/abroad, but when you see some happenings you now see the reason why a lot of people have decided to live all their lives overseas, and most of them are not even coming back. Is not that living abroad is heaven, but there is a certain level of comfort. There is security of lives and property, nothing to be scared of, you can decide to leave your house at 1 am to anywhere without being scared, nothing like intimidation by the rich using police escorts, people are given equal treatment, People whether rich or poor afford the same basic level of life styles, everything you need in a house is within the reach of the duo, Cars are not sign of wealth because a poor person can decide to buy the latest 2013 car if he likes let him finish the payment in 10years time, both the rich and the poor eat the same kind of food, even sometimes the poor eats more. That’s true because a rich person is always conscious of his health and weight and try as much as possible to minimize feeding habit.
I was coming back from somewhere yesterday with my cousin, he showed me a place describes as ghetto, probably a lot of people living there are blacks. All of a sudden, he started laughing, he said people here have not seen what ghetto and slum is; they should go to places like Ajegunle, inyanikpaja or okokomaiko in Lagos and see what ghetto is…I couldn’t stop laughing..Lol. That place is even finer than what is called GRA in Naija.

My friend you are nothing but an IDIOT!!! While do you like writing rubbish about blacks living in the united states. You have previously written rubbish about America and how they are collapsing, and now you are talking about the opportunity of black man having the equal right with white. How is all these your business since you have never been to united states and will never be. While most of us work too hard in America is because some of us do take care of two Families, one in US and the other one in your fucking country. We know our worth and can compete better than you anywhere in the World. So, if you don't know what to write, you better shut your stinking ass and face the frustration which your country has caused to you and stop blaming people for your misfortune.

neither have solutions because america is bankrupt and its glory days are over, the jobs it outsourced to the far east are never coming back and unemployment will continue to rise, neither obama nor romney can do anythign to change that as they are not the real power brokers in america, they are just front men for the multinationals and banks who own america. So which ever way the american people vote they will still get fcked.
My friend stop this Jargon you are writing. America is not the cause of your frustration. You claimed to have lived in UK which i doubt because all your analysis so far was a complete copy and paste. Let me remind you in case you don`t know what to write, America remains one of the best countries in World both in terms of employment and development. If you think that probably they have denied you opportunity of getting your fucking ass in USA and you only resulted to cheap blackmail, you should go and re-examine yourself.
