Holyson213:This advice is good, but the new job is in different city.so we can't go out together. U know in field work it has team of technician. My plan was to herness my theory from the field experience I will learn from them which is a usual way of engineering but I realized at present they had one field technician. We were two that were recruited but the other guy was not able to get a guarantor and only me came. But the guy that sopos put me through is gone only me left. |
Oksman:Thanks for ur advice bro, I had a plan of not coming to the city with major properties for the next four months |
TGM2015:Thank you bro for ur advice |
TGM2015:Thank u bro, yesterday we went to site that's why I was not able to come online. The guy that sopos to be my superior and guide me won't come on Monday as yesterday marks his last day. As for the job I have decided to stay put and take up the challenge but not to come with my properties in this city for the next four months in case anything happen I won't be parking load upon and down |
TGM2015:My previous job we hardly get contract to execute, but here they get always, my problem is just the people that left and the one that suppose coach me is leaving |
Please NL readers I need advice from you people concerning a job I got at a solar company. Please you guys should bear with my grammar if there is any mistake(s) I recently got a job at a solar company as a solar technician. After my NYSC I joined one guy in my road that deals on solar to be going for outside work, I learnt alot while following him, which include to design a solar and install. But u know this trade is what the rich patronise because everything about solar is expensive. So we don't actually get work always, so as time passed by I applied for a job as a solar technician in one company, they called me for interview I came with others and succeeded. We were two that were successful in the interview. After they gave us a guarantor to fill and the guarantor must be a civil servant resident in the city. I have a cousin brother in the city and the guy that were recruited with me had a friend there. We toil to see if we can get a guarantor, I succeeded in getting but he was not able, I heard during the period I was looking for a guarantor he brought some one but the person is not a civil servant so the company rejected it. Now see the problem, when I resumed work I realised most of the staffs there are new meaning they started last month, the only old staff there is the driver and the solar technician I supposed work with and he's saying he will soon leave (the driver). The guy na Igbo guy so I used our native language to ask him why, he said the man is owing him his two months salary. Again I realised the only one solar technician there had already submitted his resignation letter meaning after this Friday he won't be coming to work. NL readers I was mad, I was like how do I cope and why are they leaving just like that. I asked the solar technician that is leaving "are you the only one working as a solar technician here before"?, he said no that others have left, I asked him then why are you leaving he said he wants to travel out and do his masters. But I doubt that. Now my major issue is how to cope with this new company because I'm not that professional to handle the installation alone and again I have never seen where a company has one technician that goes to field work. I remembered I asked the guy what if I was not able to get a guarantor because the guy that they gave guarantor with me I doubt if he's coming back because getting guarantor in a city u don't reside is not easy and the guy was laughing the company will sort themselves out "wetin concern am". So please my people don't mind my long grammar please I want to know if I should continue with this work or not and again my major issue is working alone because this guy today is his last day I don't know how to handle installation alone without somebody that will go to site with me so I need advice. |
Sequel to my initial post which failed to appear on front page reasons best known by mods where I mentioned inability of BBNaija organisers to show the full votes of all housemates https://www.nairaland.com/5327589/think-bbnaija-dont-want-us I think the winners of the show could be ascertain through the last eviction which put all the housemates up for eviction, the result was released but instead of organisers of the show to give views gained, they decided to show us the least vote just to conceal what the outcome might be. Below is the full votes of each housemate Source https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10156631096412914&id=521527913

Going by this odd from bet9ja we already know how Nigerians voted during yesterday's eviction.

nuban07:Only least vote were shown, housemate with highest vote were missing |
Babe complained of menstrual cramp during her diary session and asked Biggie to get her pain reliever, after the eviction she was complaining that it always take the show organisers days to get sumtin for housemate when they needed it seriously and she was crying then. |
To buttress my point, they only showed housemates with least vote. They for show all the housemate and their votes since all off them were out for eviction. And I believed Tacha topped the rank of most voted housemate and that could be the reason why Ebuka is asking her characteristics of BBNaija winner. But the show organisers don't want Nigerians to see the full result so that they won't start to predict nor get upset when the tide change.
|
I Think Big brother didn't want us to predict who the winner will be That's Why he didn't show us All there votes Recall that all the housemates were nominated for possible eviction last week Monday.

If this should be Nigeria, make I hear the boy go open up, he go dey chop clean dey mouth still wants more. Look at the message they exchanged, it shows that the boy really enjoy the act only that the lady was convicted based on age of the boy. A minor as they call it |

The man could have defected during the last minute and use state machinery plus PDP strength in Lagos to wrestle power from Tinubu but he chose to be a sacrificial lamb in their hand |
What am I seeing, ómô see aunty... |
That is true without been told, the only thing that links Davido to that tattoo is that name OBO, bkus what I'm seeing in that tattoo is a kid with crown. Beside OBO might mean a different thing to her or probably she used it to connect to Davido. But as for the tattoo that thing no resemble Davido at all |
Lalasticlala and Rocktation move to the promise land |
This two girls I don't know if I should tag them lovebirds. Mercy has been seen severally kissing Ike and Diane on the show or will I say Mercy practically is a Bi. Last two weeks Mercy and Diane were caught on camera kissing, this week the same thing happened again after last Saturday party. Let's watch and see how the whole thing unfolds as the show goes on. Watch the video of the two kissing and their previous video through the link below. http://stanwezy..com/2019/07/video-bbnaija-mercy-and-diane-lock-lips.html?m=1

I remembered that novel Joys of motherhood during my literary class RIP Ma'am |
Funny life we leave in, taking from the poor to pay the rich. Believe me potential customers and patronisers of this bet9ja are the poor masses, but the money the company made is used to sponsor and feed the rich. |
I don't know why I hate white ladies, any marriage with them most be on contract. In terms of issue this guy's can divorce and make the man broke |
Very funny how most pastors marry repentant Olosho, single mothers and celebrity used babes. Probably they are practicing the word of God that said "accept them all repentant sinners" but does that include marrying them? |
When I saw the pics, I tot it was RMD |
