Could be poison from inhaled lead and acid from car battery which heated up while using A/C.

I recently observed that whenever I'm using AC especially under hot sun, my engine temp rises and I perceive battery odour.

Very possible. Or it may even be carbon monoxide poisoning from a leaky/burst tube.

I believe one should also avoid using indicator lights, to take them unawares.
I do that sometimes when I'm scared I'm being followed, but thank God, "nobody know me"!
