STEP 1: BE PRODUCTIVE-
Productivity makes a person relevant in the organization. Get any or every material that can help you become effective and efficient in your work place in order to reduce the rate at which your difficult boss is displeased Once I knew I couldn’t just quit this job like the previous one. I had to do all I could to be relevant. I was constantly on my toes and this helped in a lot of ways; I was able to preempt my boss to the point that I got to know what he wants per time. I can boldly tell you that even though my boss is not a smiling person, he appreciates my efforts and does not yell at me anymore even though I make mistakes once in Challenges are very healthy for our personal and professional life. Wake up to the challenge and constantly update your skills for maximum productivity.

Still Haven’t Decided On Starting ICAN Exam Preparation Yet?

And my final answer to him was that I understand you are a busy person, but the reason you are having the issues with passing the exams is that you are not doing what others are doing that made them pass.

The simple truth is that everything that is worth achieving is worth dedicating time to; nothing can be well achieved without any sincere commitment and dedication.

Why wait till a month or three weeks to ICAN exams before you start remembering that you have any exams coming up?

It’s not enough that you commit to grow your career without ensuring and taking the necessary steps to see it through…

The consequences of waiting until a few weeks to the exams before you start preparations are that;

You will be under pressure to meet up with the syllabus which will, in turn, start heightening your level of anxiety and then the fear of failure will start setting in.

Then instead of studying to understand, you will start thinking of cramming everything because you want to jack everything within 2 days.

Why risk coming back by next diet to write the same exams that ordinarily you would have to pass with a better effort and preparation? Why not sacrifice and dedicate a little of your time now and pass your exams at a goal? Two hours a day is enough to pass this exam.

Remember; there is no substitute for hard work and good preparations when it comes to achieving goals of becoming a Chartered Accountant.

P.S. The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is you breaking your complex and overwhelming tasks into smaller manageable ones. Stop wasting time and start your preparations if you want to guarantee your success. Remember time is fast ticking

4 Tricks to Boost Your Exams Confidence

There is a saying that to accomplish anything requires a combination of inspiration and perspiration.

5 Steps On How To Meet Up With Your CITN Exams Preparation


So much to read and so little time left...
How am I supposed to meet up now with just less than two months to go?

You may be behind on your preparations due to chronic procrastination or
something totally out of your control!

Here are some researched tips to help you complete your preparations on time for CITN exams;

1. DON’T PANIC

It’s natural to start panicking when you realize you’re no longer on track with your preparations.
When you feel your heart is sinking and the frustration rising, stop and take a moment to calm down.
There is absolutely no point in panicking, it will only make you feel worse and stop you from focusing on your studies.
It’s now more important than ever to keep your cool, so that you won’t increase your blood pressure which could cause serious health problem.
Please don’t starts comparing yourself to others that you think have gone far ahead of you in terms of prepation because this could make you panic also.


2. A FEAR FACED IS A FEAR DEFEATED…
Look at the contents of your syllabus and make a note of the topics you feel least comfortable with.
You might feel like avoiding these topics to read them last, but start with the topics you are comfortable with, then move to the topics you feel less comfortable.
Remember that, it is not your feeling that will set the exam questions.
They might seem scary now but, once you dive in and break the topics down, you’ll begin to understand them.

The first technique of Possibility Thinking is: Put your problems in proper perspective.
Sure, you have problems. They may be the worst you’ve ever faced.
But chances are, they are not the worst thing that could have possibly happened.
Recognize the problem, then recognize that it could have been worse than it currently is. For example, you might have failed 2 out of 4 papers, recognize that some people failed all and therefore, be grateful for what you accomplished. Learn to look at your problems with a proper perspective.


To put your problem in perspective, do the following:
First, you need to understand that everybody has one problem or the other. Yes, even Bill Gates....one of the richest man in the world...has problems he is facing.
Nobody lives a problem-free life.
Next,


1. Ask yourself “What exactly is the problem that is stopping me from writing ICAN exam this diet”? and list them;

……..I don’t have enough money.

…….. I am not sure if I will pass sine I have failed twice.

….….I am too busy to go to lectures.

..……I don’t have time to study.

and so on and on




2. The next thing is to find out the solutions to those problems you have listed above.

NEVER LET A PROBLEM BECOME AN EXCUSE THIS DIET

You might have been thinking of skipping ICAN this diet
because of a particular problem you are going through now.
It may seem like the stress is just too much for you to handle and
you may decide to skip a few papers.

But what you may not realize is that when you skip a diet,
there is a probability of you becoming too weary or tired to continue.
In life, it is always hard to start something, but you have already started ICAN.
If you skip any diet now, going back to write that paper later would be even
