Waste of time(resources), delay tactics and diversionary stunt |
This is so unfair to the governors, in a federating system. The FG is acting as if the police is the sole property of the FG. The governors should the FG at once. Instead of this, they could have beef up the security around the governors. |
Has the government now ceded Borno and Yobe states to them, I am just imagining that the military can not go in there.? This not a good omen to the country if terrorists will now be controlling a whole region without any question |
They have shifted to Akwa Ibom. The governor of that state should please sit up. |
As the country tackles crimes like terrorism and kidnapping, people like this criminal will want to hide under the seeming distraction to other crimes and perpetrate evil. But thank God this is nabbed |
The time has come for citizens of states like Niger state, Kaduna state start bearing arms for self defense. It now very obvious that the FG can not protect its citizens, so churches, schools and vulnerable persons should carry arms to protect themselves. Presently, Nigeria is at war with itself. |
You will not hear them talk about slashing politifthians over bloated allowances, instead the already impoverish civil servants who is grappling with inflation |
Like someone said, give them the money and trace them later to eliminate them all, El-rufai need not be too rigid in this matter cos lives are involved |
This is a dilemma. Only God can intervene to save the precious lives of those students. In other news, security should be beefed up in our higher institutions |
Nonsense, go to Niger state and Borno state, and issue your warning to boko haram, bandits and fulani herdsmen, then we will take you serious |
By the time they finish killing security operatives, anarchy will set in, and they will be left with no option than to kill their fellow |
This is really getting out of hand already |
So so sad. What is Kaduna turning into? Yet we have a president that cannot do anything other than send words of condolences, or maybe condemnation, and few days after we wake up to a more daring news of kidnapping. The way things are going, we hope one day the presidency and the National Assembly won't be kidnapped and Nigeria used as a ransom. Kidnappers are emboldened by the failure of government to be had on terrorist sympathisers, criminals in general. I mean let there be a summary death penalty for any Kidnappers caught and found guilty. The law should be passed in all the states otherwise. Too much of blood in the land |
Continue to talk like this as things get worse by the day. |
When will all this end, and how will it end? |
Akfrenzy:Nairalanders, everything is trend, trend. Make I hear word jorr |
godlessmind:The day you leave this world and meet God, let us see if you can repeat these same words If you can believe the devil (who is using you now exist), then be rest assured that He God Almighty also exists, even if He does not always interfere in the affairs of, we humans, as we would like him to Note that the devil himself trembles at the mention of the name of Jesus, how much more you Do not joke with God |
I think this is getting out of hand already |
If up till now the CBN has not rebuffed this claim by Obaseki, then there might be an element of truth |
One thing I have known this El-rufai for is to cause pain to people at a short notice. How can you just disengage workers like that. If it is not staff verification it is staff downsizing. So where is the due process in all this. Even if he must lay off, what arrangement has he put in place to at least cushion the effect, like paying immediately their gratuity and other benefits, or are you just realizing that your monthly allocation can not all go into recurrent expenditure. I can bet that the claim of 90 per cent of the states's revenue /allocation going into recurrent can not be true. Show us proof of this bogus assertion. Tomorrow now, you will hear: Kaduna state is recruiting 1000 teachers. Who is fooling who? |
Do we still have a government. If we do then they are obviously beaten by the situation on ground. To me even the so called government looks helpless right now. They are like "2023 please come fast". |
If only president Buhari had not treated the fulani herdsmen menace with levity, we may not have been where we are today. Is like the table is being turned against them now. A lesson for all leaders :always call your people to order when they are going too far. |
Imagine the three major tribes... representing No, they are not the same : one is a terrorist group , one is a violent seperatist group while the other is an ethno-polical, security group |
NURTW should be banned in all the states of the federation. They look more like a terrorist arm of a local mititia group than what they claim to be. |
A clear case of FG robbing Peter to pay Paul. They should use it for project in Delta state |
Richy4:Very sound advice |
CodeTemplar:Words on marble |
Hello Graceglory, and experts in the house, my new Lg tv suddenly starts dimming light every 20minutes or so. I normally restore the brightness by pressing any of the remote buttons. Please how can this be corrected |
How can you be poisoned for a whole 2yrs and not die, is that one poison? Are you not sure some prophets have cornered you |
FG will not act now o, by the time the Yoruba indegenes will fight back, and the fulani herdsmen begin to take the heat, FG will threating arrest and military action. Now, they are playing deaf. Imagine, a non indegene chasing away the villagers and the political class is silent. One thing I know is that there is a grand plan to take over southwest lands, therefore the people must send a clear message to these invader herdsmen. A stitch in time, they say, saves nine |
Must Falana talk in this matter. Will following the law prevent future criminal acts by the herdsmen, will following the law bring back the lives of those who have been killed or restore the dignity of all those who were raped? Freedom is at a cost, and all who desire it must be ready to pay the price |
