Waste of time(resources), delay tactics and diversionary stunt

This is so unfair to the governors, in a federating system. The FG is acting as if the police is the sole property of the FG. The governors should the FG at once.
Instead of this, they could have beef up the security around the governors.

Has the government now ceded Borno and Yobe states to them, I am just imagining that the military can not go in there.?
